Stalwart

I know what'll help...” Jack muttered beneath his breath, flicking his eyes to the thugs as he let the others go forward to face the metahumans. “...probably...”

Setting foot on the ground, he began to dart between the unempowered combatants; shielding as many as he could from projectiles and moving others into safe spots away from the action whenever he had an opening to. Those who'd fight back against him he'd have to ignore or let the others take care of—he was afraid of accidentally killing them in an attempt to knock them out.

Actions speak louder than words. They can handle themselves for a couple of seconds, he rationalized, his touch surprisingly gentle as he lifted a gangster and positioned them with his clique behind cover. I... hope. Chances are I'll overclock or get in the way if I just focus on fighting...

Alright, time to focus on this matter. At least I can keep my mind off of this tremendous wellspring of anxiety. At least. Hopefully.

So it seemed he was up against a rival armor user. Last time Robert checked, though, the only rival he had in that matter was The Overseer, his old corporate rival Elias Drain. But this armor didn't look a thing like Elias' designs. If he had to guess by appearances, it involved a lot of heat. Which gave him some ideas.

"Not gonna calm down? Fine. I needed something to distract me." He readied some of his missiles, these ones containing a liquid nitrogen compound that would induce cold on contact. As a reasonably intelligent man himself he knew what happened when internal temperature and external temperature were out of alignment to such a great degree.

The four missiles fired split apart into several smaller darting missiles aiming at Steel Cage.

The other two metahumans were already engaged. Furthermore, the first one was far too near non-powered combatants, and the second one seemed fairly resistant to heat. That left one target, the one flickering with light and electricity. In his hands, Salamander conjured a lance of flame, blistering heat emanating from it, and cast it at the metahuman. Hopefully that would leave some kind of dent.

Budoka

Just as it looked like the gangbangers were standing down (out of confusion if nothing else), the inevitable supervillains arrived. Three unknown metahumans, one a bruiser-type, one a tech-type, and the third some kind of energy manipulator.

Budoka was already heading towards the nine-foot-tall bruiser, even as Gilgamesh was barking orders. She ran in a circle, hoping to draw his attention away before Gil slammed into him.

"There will be no gangs left in this city!" She shouted back, defiantly. "You will fall!"

As Gil came in from one angle, Budoka charged in from another in a pincer attack. She'd worked with Gil long enough to fight around her - barring some unknown ability from this metahuman, they weren't going to accidentally hit each other.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?

Rooftop, There's Villains Down There!

Minutes very much flinched when the potentially deadly bolt of lightning impacted, even if it wasn't close enough to actually harm them. Nodding furiously at the command they ran over to the edge of the building and then immediately recoiled from it.

"I'm seeing two problems, one I can solve and one I can't. Problem uno, that's a big jump. I can solve that by taking the stairs. Problem duo however is that some big guys are down there and my combat abilities can be summed up as 'can throw a punch and has a stun prod'..."

They flourish said stun prod just to demonstrate the point.

"I'm not a heavy bruiser or a cool dude with superpowers, I just... I don't even have my robots cause you zippy-zapped them!"

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.

Revival

As Salamander departed, Revival spared a brief glance at the floundering villain.

"If that's your only problem, Midnight, then I've got some good news for you - there's a whole bunch of people down there that need stunning! Hop to it."

At Gilgamesh's shouted command, Revival nodded firmly and began to change the composition of the gathered clouds. The wind began to pick up, tossing her hair and the gauzy fabrics of her personalized uniform. The temperature dropped markedly, until the air was as biting as an overnight frost. The precipitation continued, but where there had once been rain, hail now fell from above.

With an extra push, Revival coerced the falling hail into an unnatural configuration. Rather than uniformly blanketing the block, the hailstorm marked out a broad circle around the three newly-arrived meta-humans and her allies, who were closing in on them. Within the circle the hail was minimal, but the boundary of the circle was marked by a heavy and consistent onslaught of fist-sized hailstones, and similar, progressively-lessening levels of hail radiated outwards from the boundary line. In short, Revival created a tornado of hail, and the meta-humans were at the eye of the storm.

Ideally, that would be an effective deterrent for the more fragile combatants, who would seek shelter instead of getting in their way.

Her hailstorm thus arranged, Revival attempted to summon a bolt of lightning to assist with the fighting of the meta-humans themselves. When she tried, though, the familiar wrenching of her stomach that accompanied her powers failed to manifest. With dread, Revival realized that she'd lost her ability to multitask when it came to the weather she conjured.

With a primal, wordless shout of frustration, inaudible beneath the wind, Revival redoubled her efforts, and the hailstorm intensified.

Sanji Sawamura

“Sh-shit happened if you know what I mean...” Sanji began, but soon trailed off as three combatants approached the members of the UDF. “Tell ya all about it later!”

Blood still flows inside the fleshy armor of that one.

Sanji realized this and drew his sword, melting into the shade that several buildings provided to aid the pincer attack that was currently being pulled off on Bulkerton. With his powers, he could pop in and out of the enemy’s shadow and avoid the blows of his other comrades in the process.

Now if he could only slash through the muscle armor with his cursed sword and make it bleed, he could probably help disable the enemy’s protections somehow and bring down Bulkerton...

Henry Richardson - Dr. Impossible

"-erybody get back!" Henry exclaimed as he shot back up from his prone position. He needed a moment to readjust. Sounds of combat and screaming rang through his ears as he tried assessing the situation. Diabolic was nowhere to be seen and it appeared as if he were no longer in the same environment they were fighting in. Looking down, he noticed his makeshift forcefield belt was still intact, perhaps that's what saved him from the blast.

Another round of screams shook him from his thoughts and brought his attention to the city surrounding him. It was New York, the city he grew up in, but something was very wrong. It was as if an A-bomb went off in Times Square. He didn't really have time to consider the situation, as he realized people were in danger and there were metahumans causing trouble. Out of the frying pan, Henry thought to himself.

He quickly took stock of everyone in play. Thankfully, he recognized many of his companions in the UDF, though the criminals they were fighting were definitely new to him. Everyone seemed to have already leapt into action at this point, and he certainly wasn't about to let them fight alone. He recognized Minutes Midnight standing close by, wondering if they were friend or foe. His ears were still ringing but he made out the interaction between Minutes and Revival and put that thought away for the time being.

Without knowing much about the combatants, the good doctor decided his best course of action would be to help the innocent bystanders who seemed to...all be wielding firearms. Perhaps his talents would be best used a tad differently. Looking around, he began retrieving anything he could find lying on the rooftop as well as the lachrymator agent he kept in his belt. He disassembled the forcefield belt and quickly started assembling a device he could use to fire precise blankets of tear gas. He hoped he'd be able to use this to disperse the large group of armed individuals and perhaps inundate the powered individuals. He just needed a moment to get all of the pieces together....

Rooftop

Minutes paused for a moment when he noticed that a certain Doctor was about, groaning just slightly under the helmet before deciding to avoid a confrontation. Instead, they headed for the stairs, hoping just slightly that the heroes would focus on the villains and the villains on the heroes to allow Minutes to just pacify the unpowered combatants through the medium of pulsed electrical charge.

Under their breath, Minutes began rambling to themself as they ran and lept down the stairwell of the building.

"Heck heck heck heck. Okay we're fifty years displaced in time and we have none of our stuff. Best case scenario we survive this little fight, retreat to the BoO and try and see if any of the Crew are still even alive and check the prison records for—... Fifty years, I have to remember it's been fifty years..."

Fairly quickly they managed to get down to street level and emerged from the front door of the building, panting and just slightly delirious.

"Civilians, return to your homes! Our actions here do not concern you!"

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.

New York City

Once Stalwart moved the last of a certain group behind cover one of them raised their gun toward the flying man, hand shaking and sweat pouring off of him. But before his gun could be fired another of the ground knocked it out of his hands and swatted the man on the back of the head hard enough for the thwack to still be heard over the sounds of the fighting.

"You f@#king idiot, you gonna go and shoot the guy who just pulled your ass out of the fire, whats da matter with you," he looked at two other people close to him who grabbed the offending gangster and yanked him further from the firefight. "Listen kid," he looked over Stalwart but it was obvious that he didn't have any real idea of who he was. "I appreciate the hell out of ya for pulling my boys out of the fire. But if you know whats good for you it might be time to cut your loses. Heroes haven't been a thing for years and your way out of your depth." despite the harsh tones the gangster's words were sincere and laced with a certain amount of worry. Kind acts were hard to find in the mess that had become the world, and he didn't want to see this guy get killed for trying to help.

Before any further arguement could be had Revival's hailstorm began to pound the area with enough force to send people running, some even dropping their weapons in a panic. While no stranger to bad weather each of the bullets of hail hurt like nobody's business and most outfits around didn't exactly have much to protect them from the elements. The massive gang war became a stampede of confusion as people found their ways into nearby buildings, the fighting largely forgotten. Except for the three villains that raged within the eye of the storm against the other heroes. Of course it was at most a temporary measure, without something to further put an end to the fighting once they regained their senses the desperate gang members would likely return to fighting in their sheltered buildings.

Against Bulkerton

Gilgamesh would meet with the walking flesh mound that was Bulkerton and feel her blows strike against the coiled layers of muscle, not quite being brushed off, the sheer momentum and strength behind the blow pushed the villain back, but it didn't seem to effect him beyond that. "My muscles are coiled over themselves a hundred times you dumb b#$ch, I can bounce a missile off of my body without having to sweat."

Despite his boasts the sudden introduction of Budoka striking against him forced the villain to try and retaliate, but in doing so showed a weakness. For a villain of his size and strength there was a lack in speed. Which wasn't to say he was slow by human standards, but between two masters of close combat his attacks were painful telegraphed by the motions of his large body. Soon the muscles began to show signs of bruising under their combined attack, but it was a slow process. But not one without reward.

Sanji's blade would meet the armored muscle of the villain, and while able to make cuts nothing was getting deep enough to cause any lasting damage, much like his allies he was doing damage but simply not fast enough. Until if by either luck or instinct his blade met one of the areas of the villain that had been tenderized by Gilgamesh and Budoka, a sickening ripping noise coming out as a layer of the muscle finally split under one of the blows, revealing underneath a second but much thinner layer of muscles. And when one of them landed a blow on those areas for the first time Bulkerton let out a noise of utter pain.

Against Plasma

Salamanders blast of heat would be quickly noticed by the energy absorbing villain, who turned from the gangers around her. Most of them would quickly drop like puppets freed from their strings, bodies all a ghastly shade of grey and most of them not breathing from her efforts. She summoned up her own blast of energy and threw it toward the heroes attack, the two meeting in the air and exploding against each other.

"Hm, a little heat can't bother me." Plasma spoke with quite a bit of confidence as she fired off blasts of life energy toward Salamander

Against Steelcage

The metal covered villain turned as the shots fired off by Bennett struck against him, trying to cover itself with the armored bulk of its form to cover its weakpoints. "Pathetic, now burn!" the man raised one of his hands toward the hero and let loose a blast of pure heat that warped the air in its path, the smell of ozone becoming heavy in the air.

However before the assault could pick up beyond a few blasts Robert's missiles would strike against the armored villain, the sudden temperature shift making the metal of the armor groan as the heat valves that allowed the villain to fire off its blasts were clogged up by cold, the activator device within the gauntlets becoming deformed. While the actual armor didn't absorb the heat fired off the weapons systems by their very nature were less guarded. That being said there were certain systems that rang too hot for the chill to effect, and even with the sudden temperature drop the armored figure sent out torrents of lava, both at Bennet and Robert.

Current Status

Bulkerton has taken a number of wounds but still remains rampaging.

Plasma is at a full charge but focused on Salamander.

Steelcage has lost heat blasts and smoke screen, but still retains lava thrower abilities.

90% of gang members have fled inside, with the rest acting on the fringes, trying to find an opening to help their bosses without hitting them. If not acted upon they might be able to cause issues to other heroes current engaged in fighting.

Stalwart

“...Y-Yeah, maybe...!” Jack admitted to the gang member upon him mentioning that he was out of his depth, to which he nodded in agreement and then flinched slightly as fire was turned upon them again. “Get to safety! I'll hold the line best I can...!”

Out of his three options, the one against the muscley powerhouse seemed like his best bet. Mostly because if he joined in, it'd be three-on-one. Three targets for the villain to keep track of. The more the merrier.

Seeing that they'd whittled him down, Jackson drew in a breath and let his foot crunch into the ground—exploding forward with speed as he aimed a powerful strike towards Bulkerton's now exposed, tender areas. With him cutting through the air and likely cracking the concrete beneath him when he impacted, he hoped it'd be enough to do something.

“Coming through, ladies...!” he remembered to shout at the last moment.

Bennett jumps out of the way of the lava burst from Steelcage as he takes cover behind a car. With only a shotgun and his pistol and only his morphing abilities, with no good opportunity to use them, he decided he had no leg to stand with on the fight with the metahumans. Still, he needed to assist the other heroes somehow. And thus he notices the few gang members that linger, coming on to assist their bosses. At the very least, he thought he could prove useful by taking them on, in hopes he can keep them at bay as the other heroes fight the metahumans.

He shouts to Robert, "Looks like you're better equipped to fight this guy than me. If you want to keep concentrating on him, I'll deal with these guys." Bennett reloads his shotgun and turns his attention to the gang members, firing several shots at them, then going off into warning shots as he shoots at the sky.

"You all back off now. I am prepared to use lethal force should I see the need to use it."

He takes a look around for other gang members who may be trying to flank him while keeping his eye on the ones he's currently facing, more than ready to take the fight to them.

Salamander attempted to leap out of the way of the bolts, dodging most but one of them slicing into his face. The heat from the blast was naturally not a problem, but the impact still left a nasty wound. To add insult to injury, his attack hadn't even made contact, he was going to have to consider other strategies. Going from appearance, it looked like the metahuman depended on civilians to fuel their powers. If he could cut them off then the tables would almost certainly turn in his favor.

He charged towards the area over which Plasma was hovering, and erupted into a font of flame. The air around him shimmered with the significant increase in temperature. With any luck, any would be power sources would be driven away, leaving his opponent floundering.

Revival

Revival found herself in a bit of a bind. Her deterrent had worked perfectly, of course, but she'd need to keep it up until the fighting was all but over or the mooks would just get right back to fighting. Her ankle, and her weakened powers, meant that she wouldn't be doing any close combat any time soon. And, as she'd just learned, she had at least for the moment lost the ability to mix weather types.

But the idea of being relegated to backup and crowd control was simply unacceptable.

For a moment, she maintained a holding pattern, observing the fight in the eye of the storm relatively unimpeded. She watched as True Steel had some success using one of his cold weapons against the metal-armored villain, and as the muscled beast continued to rampage despite the efforts of several of her allies. The third villain was the biggest concern, but also the one she felt least equipped to assist with, especially since Salamander was engaged with them. She'd worked with him enough to know that he was particularly sensitive to the cold, and she didn't want to hinder his work.

After deliberating for a moment, Revival settled on a plan. If she could tweak the wind that accompanied the hailstorm, she could dramatically lower the temperature around the behemoth and the tin man, while avoiding a dangerous drop in temperature around Salamander and the third villain. It wouldn't be enough on its own, but it could turn the tide in their favor. It was still slightly risky, considering it could hamper her allies as well as her enemies. But she trusted in True Steel's superior engineering abilities, and in Gilgamesh, Grandmaster, Stalwart, and Blood Ronin's strength and endurance.

Revival began to make slight movements with her outstretched hands, coaxing the wind to move as she commanded and hoping it would listen.

Gilgamesh

Now this was a worthy foe! He almost reminded her of the fearsome Humbaba, who she had only bested with the help of the Gods and... and...

...and suddenly she was whacked in the face.

She cursed herself as she staggered, her headdress knocked clean from her head, wiping a small tear from her cheeks. Now was not the time to be thinking of friends long gone. Surging with raw emotion, she nearly drew her sword, instead settling for taking the kids gloves off. She grunted and grit her teeth, her long hair flowing in the wind as she got ready to deliver the beating of a lifetime...

...but then the lad had to butt in. She wasn't sure whether to praise him for taking the initiative or curse him for ruining her shot. But that merely meant a change in plans. Already on Bulkerton, she grabbed him from the back, restraining his arms and holding him in place as the lad did his thing.

But she made sure to give the neanderthal a swift kick to the nads while she had the chance.

Off all the things from her first incarnation, that one she missed the least.

New York Gangfight

Minutes stood there for a few seconds once they realized that the actual gangers had dispersed into the local buildings before coming to a second realization that the reason thereof was because of the hailstorm and that there might end up being further fighting now in disparate buildings and Minutes Midnight had no clue which buildings might become battlegrounds or even how to possibly take on ten-to-one odds with their only weapon being a stun prod and most of these guys having literal actual guns.

"Alright! Stay calm! For your own safety, please refrain from violence while the superpowered humans conduct their duels!"

Their voice was mostly just drowned out by the hailstorm but hey, it felt like helping so that's the important part.

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.

Sanji Sawamura VS Bulkerton

"I got you now!" Sanji growled, now knowing to aim for the areas where Gilgamesh and Budoka had tenderized first with his blade. Through many battles, of course he knew how to flay away armor like this. It was almost second nature by this point. "Oi, over here, fatso!"

He knew that this guy wasn't fat, but if it could get him to lose focus for even a single second, the others could close in and land more hits on the same spot that he had just opened up for them. It was the very least he could do. Ah, it was good to be back!

Dr. Impossible

Eureka! Henry held his invention up to give it one last inspection to make sure it held up. A smile came to his face as he managed to cobble together a pneumatic canon out of scrap metal and spare parts. His ability never ceased to astonish him. He had been so caught up in his invention, he hadn't realized it had begun to hail on the streets. Upon reinspecting the situation, a lot had changed in an instant, a fact Henry was well familiar with.

All of the metahuman combatants seemed preoccupied with their fights, so now was as good a time as any to provide some crowd control. Loading up his cannon, he first aimed at any remaining gang members running about firing controlled bursts that would spread out upon contact. He turned his attention to the three superpowered individuals and aimed in their direction as well. Gilgamesh appeared to be the only one in close enough range that would be affected by his tear gas, but if his recollection served him right, this would hardly have any effect on her. Regardless, he tried to shout a preemptive, if futile, warning over the weather. "Gangway!" He fired three bursts at the superpowered individuals, trying to aim as close to their faces as possible. The gas was supposed to spread about 7 feet out in all directions once it connected. Of course, he hadn't accounted on the increased gale forces that now blew through the streets of New York, so Henry sincerely hoped his comrades would be able to distance themselves. He made a note to try and develop a knockout gas that could instantly incapacitate someone, before realizing chloroform existed. He quickly made another note to start carrying vials of chloroform around.

Budoka

She stepped back as Jackson announced himself, letting the young lad get his own licks in. It seemed the others had the brute handled, so Budoka spared a moment to observe the other fights.

Revival had surrounded them with a wall of hail, to keep the villains from escaping. Budoka briefly wondered why the invincible heroine wasn't getting involved more directly, but Revival had always been hard to read.

Bennett and Robert seemed to have the tech villain in hand, so Budoka turned to the one fighting Salamander, and noted the energy-absorber was distracted. So Budoka dashed towards Plasma.

Picking up a downed street sign as she ran, Budoka used two of her right arms to hold it while the third chopped the head off the sign with the flat of her hand. She was left with a metal pole.

Spinning her weapon with practiced skill, she came up behind Plasma and swung her makeshift bo staff at the villain with two right arms at once. Given Budoka's already long arms, and the added reach of the pole, the swing was massively wide, and incredibly powerful.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?

Robert

Avoiding the torrents of lava by flying up and above them, far enough to avoid the superheated air typically caused by release of lava, Robert figured that his current plan of attack looked like it had merited some result. Readying the next volley of chilling missiles, he let out another burst of them, focused on the attack site locations and the surrounding areas on the armor. If he could damage the workings of the enemy's armor and prevent his attacks, then the battle would be over pretty quickly.

Robert also fired off a series of concussive blasts at the areas on Steel Cage more heavily damaged by the chill missiles. Okay big guy, let's see how much strain you can handle.

New York

The remaining gangsters who had stayed out of a sense of loyalty/fear toward their commanders looked toward Bennett with no small amount of trepidation. He was an unknown, for all most of them knew he had an ability that could rip out their souls or turn them into dogs and the only reason he gave them warning was it might cause an itchy scalp. A lot of metahumans tended to have inane reasons for doing what they did in the modern day.

Also to be frank they were a bit disturbed by Minutes asking them politely to leave. They were used to all sorts of crazy shit, but being told to politely leave like a dad sending someone to their room was enough to shatter their spirits and cause them to leave. Even the braver ones who might have sent out some potshots were discouraged by the sudden rain of pepper spray falling from the sky, a few of the thugs having to be dragged by their comrades.

Against Bulkerton-Victory

Stalewart slammed against the massive bulk of the villain with enough force to throw the villain off balance, the force reverberating through layer upon layer of muscle. Despite the speed and power behind the attacks being thrown at the villain it seemed he was due to respond in kind, until Gilgamesh pinned his arms from behind and delivered a bone shattering kick between his legs. Despite the muscle built around his body the sheer force of the blow made it impossible to feel nothing.

At this point the once boisterous villain had long ago lost the ability to produce a threat and instead just began to froth at the mouth like an insane animal, his gaze flying to Sanji, both at the insult and due to having the gall to talk to him on an equal footing. Of course said gaze was quickly filled with Dr. Impossible's tear gas, forcing out another primal scream of agony. The eyes were the one part he couldn't perfectly defend, and it showed.

All it would take was one more push, and the muscle villain would fall.

Against Plasma-Victory Plasma was entirely focused on dodging the near endless amount of flames being thrown around by Salamander, not even noticing that those under her control were being forced further away from her as she tried to retaliate with a few energy blows. But the moment she reached out to charge herself it became readily apparent, along with the fact that given the skill of her opponent she wasn't going to be able to break away to feed without turning her back to a skilled enemy.

Sadly do to a lack of battlefield awareness usually covered by said meat shields she didn't notice Budoka leaping from behind with a hastily prepared staff made of metal, slamming it against her charged form and sending her into the stone structure of a nearby building. Which was of course followed by a metal canister falling from the sky and filling said hole with tear gas.

The villain picked herself up on shaking feet as she looked toward the two heroes, a thin line of blood running down her head, purple and charged with the same energy that she wielded. It was likely she was charging some final attack, but only because she was out of options.

Against Steelcage-Victory

The massive drop in temperature began to effect Steelcage in an odd way, the massive furnace like armor being covered by a thin layer of frostbite that sank into the nooks and crannies of the suit itself. It didn't help that the sheer force of Robert's own blasts shook loose the already accumulated frost only to replace it with more. Already the metal began to warp and deform as the natural process took form. "Gah, no my systems, come on you piece of shit work!"

The armor moved along with all the speed of a old man, locking in place at times. All that was to be done was liberate the fool inside of it.

Salamander felt a hint of satisfaction at the sight of Plasma being brought to the ground. he had been worried for a moment that he might not have been able to best her, but it seems that she was indeed rather helpless without a consistent source of fuel. It was most likely that the attack she was now preparing was drawing upon her own life force, and would therefore leave the metahuman severly debilitated.

The queston of what to do with the woman was a major moral issue, they could down her here and now, but any more damage might kill her. She was clearly an odious person, but it was generally not protocol to cause unessecary fatalities. On the other hand she would be extremely difficult to imprison, and if they were to escort her until they found some sort of holding facility, she might well escape or feed upon the mundane members of the group. In the past the UDF had had the resources nessecary to detain these kinds of threats, and of course there had been statutes in place dictating these sorts of situations. In this lawless wasteland, Salamander doubted he would find either, he would simply have to respond as he saw fit. Moving his hand in an arc, he sent a wave of flame towards his opponent, seeking to incapacitate her with minimal inconvenience.

Gilgamesh

At the sound of Bulkerton's screams, Gilgamesh felt nothing but disgust. She had hoped this muscled lummox would have some sense of pride, but he had proven to be no more than a cowardly brute. The least he could do was face the end with some dignity.

But that wasn't what he wished, so that wasn't what he got. The quivering mass already weakened, she grunted as she squeezed tight and bent her legs, shouting to the heavens as she made to slam his face to the ground in an earth-shattering suplex. Perhaps it was considerably more effort than was necessary, but such a show of force would help cow the remaining ruffians on the fence. And let them know who was king.

Sanji Sawamura

"...Ouch," Sanji said, wincing. He could let the others take over from here. Gilgamesh, it seemed, already had this well in hand. "Nice going, Your Majesty." What has started out as a mocking nickname had become a genuine apellation of affection. Sanji didn't quite know how it happened, but only that it did. He supposed that it was the way of the world.

"You might like to slow down before you snuff him for good, however," he advised, eyeing the other thugs with his blade drawn. "For all that he talks big, I don't think that kind of force is necessary. He's not a regenerator like me, and you don't want to add to the general lawless atmosphere of this era, right?"
