So I just found this comic and I'm hooked. Does anyone else read it?

The premise is like a dark version of My Hero Academia. Almost everyone has superpowers, but instead of creating a super-hero society, humanity created a highly hierarchized and almost Spartan one, where people with stronger superpowers live better off and people with weaker powers are marginalized. Some people attempt to become super-heroes to improve society, but recently all heroes have been killed by a mysterious terrorist group.

The setting is Wellston Academy, a high school whose social structure matches the one of the adult world. Bullying is rampant and students live and breathe through this hierarchy system. The story focuses on John Doe, a kid with no powers who somehow keeps trying to challenge bullies, and his best friend Seraphina, the strongest student in the school.

There is a cool plot going with the government and mystery of the superhero murders, but over time the main theme of the comic becomes a kind a of study on violence and bullying (though the government plot is still happening in the background). What makes people violent, how society breeds it, cycles of revenge and how a person's previous violent history can traumatize them. It's very psychological, and the writer does a terrific job at setting up situations that make characters act in ways that make sense for them but are still tragic to watch. But that does mean it has a lot of on-panel violence, with not much death but A LOT of scenes of teenagers beating the crap of each other, so beware if you are sensitive to that.

Anyway, great comic, hope more people check it out.
