Was the page quote for "Nice to the Waiter" ever discussed for removal?

Troper ZOS18 recently removed the page quote for the trope Nice to the Waiter (Sirius Black's quote). I didn't see a reason tied to a thread or anything, messaged them about it, received no response, and have since restored it.

Was there a thread discussing the removal of this page quote that I missed?

And if not, does the current quote (pasted below) still seem like a good enough one, or should it be replaced/removed?

Generally speaking you don't need permission to change page quotes, so long as you only use one, the replaced quote is good quality (explains the trope, accurate to what it is quoting and from a respectable source) and you don't ignore the %% editing notes. We developed an image picking process because edit wars on that could get pretty heated so proceed with caution there, but official consensus pictures involves the %% notes too.

This looks like a deletion with no replacement despite a fully stocked quote tab resource, which is also bad form.
