Yeah, it did feel like they were invoking Gandolfini a bit with Farrell's, uh, drastic makeover, but it's obvious here. The voiceover is rather "Tony talking to his therapist".

I will admit that I'm a bit disappointed that the sequel is getting delayed, but as long as the filmmakers have more time to make the sequel fantastic, then I won't mind waiting another year for this movie.
