There are versions of This Very Wiki in 15 languages, I think? None of them are as well-maintained as this English version.

Nico Nico Encylopedia and Pixiv Encyclopedia in Japanese, and Moegirlpedia in Chinese (Pixiv's has an English version and Moegirlpedia has English and Japanese versions but I don't think they're as developed) seem somewhat similar in concept.

I wonder if there are any projects similar to TV Tropes in other languages? I only know two Russian projects, Posmotre.li and Wikitropes.ru, so I was curious whether something like this exists in German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Hebrew, etc.? For me, the more the better, since each culture has its own cult works and local memes that are little-known in other countries.
