Why is the trope titled this way when the original quote in Pulp Fiction was "Oh man, I shot Marvin in the face"? Why add the "just"?

...and why does that matter?

If a Trope is a MISQUOTE of an existing line, why even bother with the reference? Unless the extra word is crucial to encapsulating the definition, not fact-checking your sources is just pure laziness.

Is it merely to make the trope page appear more easily on a Google Search?

Whoever made the page originally probably just misremembered it.

At this point, it's had the name for 12 years and has 10,000 inbound links. It's not going to change.

So, Grandfather Clause? I'll redirect my blame to the person who frivolously used that trope title, then.

It's the same as Luke, I Am Your Father, it's a Beam Me Up, Scotty! based on fan perception of the quote rather than being accurate. In some cases, the misquote helps with the trope, as adding that "just" implies it was an accident.
