Fanfic Magnet is about characters who inspire or feature in a lot of fanworks. Since it's entirely about fan reaction to a minor character, shouldn't it be YMMV?

Well if fanfic sites have hundreds of thousands of stories that’s pretty objective.

Doesn't matter. It's not objectively present within the original work, ergo it is not a main-page trope. "People writing fanfics" is a purely external phenomenon; it is literally the definition of an audience reaction.

Yeah; if anything [up][up] is simply a more coherent measure of audience reaction compared to, say, Ensemble Dark Horse.

Is there a process for moving tropes to YMMV, or do I just move the trope to the index then move the wicks over?

When it's cut and dried, it's as simple as you say.

It looks like it should be YMMV to me.

Moved the trope to Audience Reactions and the work wicks to respective YMMV pages. I guess this can be closed?
