He's walking! Threateningly!
Avatar SourceMansfield Rerun Trailer voiced by Silence.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Hey, Jesselton or whatever the fuck your name is, we're gonna have a rematch where I can bully you now~
Avatar SourceNot a rematch for me, but I too hope that I can now field teams to auto-3* the entire normal set of event stages, the boss one included.
Still no easy kohls? Why does the game keeps denying easy 'candies' to me?
Well there was Kohl farming in NL-10, but I guess you weren't ready for that yet this time around.
I think I should be well-equipped to tackle Mansfield, I got all the medals on the Maria Nearl rerun and hit Risk 11 in CC 6 operation Wild Scale. Heavyrain should help me protect my High-ground operators if needed, and I just need some more materials for Blaze and Specter to get their S2 masteries in.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Nope, I wasn't. Even with a support operator at my disposal, clearing the stage just once was a rather miserable experience that cost me a bunch of (real-life) sanity. I didn't feel like doing it regularly. Even if 4-4 of GT-5 are much less efficient (and had to wait until after I was done with the shop).
But I now have e2 Exusiai and Amiya (with the former successfully tested against 4-10 Frost Nova), so I should have some more options for dealing with bosses now. Plus, from what I see, Jesselton is easier to manage than the Blood Knight.
I might do one pull for Mountain.
Jesselton's not super difficult, you just don't want him to go stage 2 at the wrong point. If you have a relatively fragile team/don't have mass DPS, you actually want to let him just walk through the area the first time because otherwise you're liable to (IIRC) have to deal with his more aggressive stage 2 and a whole bunch of nasty prisoners who just had their restraints broken off.
Avatar SourceI trust that my CC team can handle Jessie going to Phase 2, I've got Mon3ter, Specter, and Cuora to tank him as needed lol.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! It's more the prisoners coming from both sides having their restraints broken all at once that can be a problem. Also he has a nasty habit of killing ranged ops.
I'm probably just going to try and assassinate ASAP, shake it up from the last run I did.
Avatar SourceI cannot unsee W making that Anya smugface
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Unlocked Phantom's module, neat explanation on where Miss Christine comes from.
Also finally starting chapter 8 and dang the background visuals for this part of the story are really striking.
The sudden explosion of W fanart featuring her Epoque:Fugue skin is amazing, I guess her revealed voiceline update for the skin really inspired all of it.
(3 more days to get it NAO, since next time it reruns after the voices are added it will cost 24 primes).
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls!Already got it and W. And I'll prolly use her to redo the stages (she honestly belongs in jail anyway :P)
Same here. Free skin ticket~~
Burning love!Got it last time it came up.
Just admiring that Gladiia's new skin's got a few pieces.
Avatar SourceSmarter use of that then me (TFW you find out you have to buy specter's costume with OP to get the ticket)
Amiya finally got to leave the command centre for a bit.◊
Sure, none of the other Pinus Sylvestris lot are promoted, so it's not like that's the best possible income (only 75% for the three as opposed to 105%) but I need to stick other people in the dorms for a bit and they're free. Next stop, Rosmontis.
Nearl's S2 isn't getting M3 before Mansfield Break because that would also need another 150+ bloody rocks for making more rock...
Avatar SourceI've been reading up on April, and her shorter redeploy timer plus her stealth/damage S2 makes her sound like a good choice of alternate Sniper for those annoying maps with ranged enemies.
Also when does she get a nice altskin, she could use a fancy change of clothes.
The three finest things in life are to splat your enemies, drive them from their turf, and hear their lamentations as their rank falls! She's not too bad, though she's also not the greatest. I tried using her to handle the Lazurites on a map or two in Near Light and if she's placed on a tile where she can be hit by more than one thing in the second before she cloaks up, she'll generally die.
It's been fun.Weedy is the next Shoperator. That alone is worth the distinctions (especially since I already have enough of the 6*s following her to not need to spend certs on them for a long while.
Edit. Other 6* is Shining and Nightmare's contract will also be up. This might be worth rolling for me.

Slowly getting done with some Operator Records I've been neglecting
Bagpipe's Record seems like a little vignette as a bonus to her main story appearance, so I look forward to finding out the full context of what caused her to leave Victoria for Lungmen in several months from now. Side note: I wonder what level they wanted for her Paradox Simulation because the timing on using her S3 felt really tight in order to ensure no leaks.
Ch'en the Holungday was more or less just continuing an examination of her views on Candela and Dossoles, it did result in the amusing ending of Ch'en dragging the LGD people on holiday to help Ch'en with her police education lectures.
Specter's first Record was fairly inoffensive tbh, I actually enjoyed Suzuran's little journey to figure out who Specter is, and her second Record was nice to get her interacting with a couple Rhodes people while still lucid. Its ending seems like setup for Unchained in hindsight.
Dur-nar's Records were very cool, I admit that she's not someone I particularly think about so that huge load of backstory was interesting. Still cool to see all the different relationships going on in the background like her musing on Frostleaf. Also Makayla Springthunder is a hell of a name.
I think a lot of majorly offensive in Specter's first oprec gets somewhat written out in the translation, so the things that remain are the bizarre fundamental writing choices like not having the main character of the oprec even appearing in it or the oprec having zero new information that the Specter owners should already knew from reading her profile. Even Rope's oprec, which is a glorified Perfumer's oprec, still has Rope in it and has some details about her that isn't the thing we can just read in the wiki.
Now that you're talking about clearing up the oprec, now I remember that I have about 20+ people in my queue.
Here's a tweet from the Yostar Official Store introducing a Castle-3 model!
In other news, my efforts to pull Ceobe on the banner have failed, so I used the 6* operator voucher to get her. For most banners, I usually just do one 10-roll and maybe use a few 1-roll Headhunting Permits, but this time, I made more of an effort to get her. Either way, she's part of the team now.
The Living Guildpact rules that coffee is an acceptable substitution for rest as specified in subsection … whatever.
I beat H7-4!! While I still have a lot of CM main story maps to clear and chapter 8 to clear, this definitely feels like passing one of the biggest goalposts as a long-time player.
