And deduced Tiamat's real identity: Gorgon. Now this may seem minor in comparison, but in the Fate franchise knowing the true name of a servant is often the first step on defeating said servant.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.While that didn't amount to much, it probably led to Ritsuka putting two-and-two together and figuring out who Ana really is and why she shares a voice with Gorgon.
I know this won't happen, but I do wish Ritsuka, Mash and Ana's meet up after the battle could end like this.
- Ana: Can I still pretend I am your daughter?Ritsuka and Mash: You are our daughter.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.And just to point out one last thing (because I should've gone to sleep over an hour ago) the entire fight between Ushiwakamaru and Gorgon in the Northern Wall? Anime original: in the game Ushi is defeated when the two fight in the city.
Ushiwaka sure fights like a saber for a rider
Funny how Mash can tank death rays but can't handle kigurumi Taiga
Very ShinGoji
Oh, good, we can refer to Gorgon by name
Petrification beams cut people?
And Kingu gets his name revealed. Not sure why it's shocking, though
Don't care about the backstory of the bit part

In Sumerian Mythology, humanity is born from mixing the blood of Kingu and clay by the gods, so not only is he is technically a progenitor of mankind, but also a deity of high rank and power.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.In addition to that, the anime skipped over a bit of exposition the game delivered. In the Akkadian mythology that Grand Order is mostly following when it comes to Sumeria's deities, Kingu is long dead, having been killed by Marduk.
So not only is he a deity, but he's also been resurrected, apparently.
Of course, the same myths say that Tiamat was likewise killed by Marduk, so...
(And yes, it's been established that gods can die in the Fate-verse. It's really freaking difficult due to how powerful they are, but it is possible.)

Very late to episode, but I need to say the greatest highlight was Fujimaru's lame attempt to punch Kingu. Adaptation Expansion gold.
In theory, he should at least be trained enough to take on normal soldiers by himself with what having a lot of servants more than willing to teach him how to fight or how to use magic.
In practice however, they can’t exactly show that because it would run into Continuity Lockout or need to explain where he got his training. (Maybe they will in the recap?)

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.And yet we are supposed to have a cool one-on-one fight against certain someone (twice), and yet Fujimaru can't even lay a punch on someone who wouldn't even care. The scene would probably playout more like Aqua Vs. giant toad with that kind of performance.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Pushups tho
something something pushups are the lesser equivalent to living in mountains to make humans strong in Nasuland something
Personally, I would like a small Adaptation Expansion with Ritsuka asking Gil for a weapon or two for protection.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.Chaldea is in the mountains.
oh right there we go then
Clearly if Ritsuka was recruited by Chaldea earlier then he'd be even stronger
Someone put together a vid with the original drafts of the Ushiwaka fight.
The twitter handle of each artist is in the bottom-left corner.
Something funny I just noticed: last week we saw Zamasu making a small speech about how humanity is awesome.
This just means that we'll probably be seeing Grandpa in action soon.
Link broken
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Seems we really are gonna have an ass-shot every episode.

something that occurred to me while watching, can Ana understand what Fou says? I would assume yes, but idk if she ever like interacts with him that much.
The new ending sequence cards to reflect the changes in cast were nice.
The Gorgon sister artwork was very pretty and I really hope its artstyle is employed elsewhere for the anime.
Ishtar's always good for some levity after everything that happened. I was surprised that they didn't do the blonde hair thing for the nighttime talks.
Ritsuka as the primary envoy gets to flex his ordinary status protag powers, good for him.
Nightime 'Ishtar' is a terrible actor.
I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysoh lmao apparently they got Crispin Freeman to do King Hassan because Kotomine
Between this, da Vinci's English VA being the same as Jeanne's, and Mordred's VA doing Nightingale's voice, Aniplex USA really wanted to go ham on the same actor gag huh
>Kotomine Hassan
