The Kickstarter just reached its goal about an hour ago, and TY's first adventure is headed to the Switch. Let's hope we can nail the PS4 and Xbox One stretch goal(s), too.
I enjoyed playing the original game as a kid and own the remastered version on Steam, so I'm more than happy to see it make a return on today's consoles. I might even buy the sequels on Steam. The series is on sale there until the 13th, by the way.

Ty 1 was one of my favorite games to play on the Gamecube as a kid, so I'm very excited for this.
It's been 3000 years…I liked the first game a lot, so I'll definitely get this.
Stella ~Part 3 (Atelier Shallie)I actually didn't know that Krome was still around. Then again considering that Ty 2 got to Steam I think a year ago, I don't know what I'm surprised.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.TY the Tasmanian Tiger for Switch Kickstarter campaign funded, PS4 and Xbox One stretch goal added
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Should be noted, if the PS4 and Xbox One stretch goal isn't met, Krome will only be able to launch one console version alongside the Switch version. You can vote on which console it'll be, with the loser getting support later on.
If you want both versions to launch simultaneously, better get the campaign to that $150,000 before the campaign ends this Thursday at 7:00 PM EDT!

It's been 3000 years…There was gonna be a TV show? Man... sucks that didn't happen. I would probably have loved to watch that back when I was a kid.
I've been trying to play Ty 2 but it's too hard to understand. The map in particular confuses me.
I'm just going to play 1 because it's the only Ty game I've ever played.
It's been 3000 years…We have some good news. There is now a Ty 2 kickstarter going on right now, and it has already hit a couple of its stretch goals. The game is suppose to be released digitally before July 21, 2021.
Opening up a new thread for Ty the Tasmanian Tiger, a 3D Platformer from The Sixth Generation Of Console Video Games, because developer Krome Studios has opened up a campaign to update and re-release the first game onto the Nintendo Switch on Kickstarter. The funding goal is $50,000, and there are also plans for a "Hardcore Mode".
