I came across this trope, and I noticed it is a bit of a mess. Some examples devolve into natter, while others just seem to be mocking a group, instead of describing how that group is depicted in media. Many professions also lack media examples.
It could definitely use a cleanup, and perhaps a stricter structure with an explanation of the general depiction in media with some good examples for each.
Optimism is a duty.
