Trope Finder is a place precisely for this type of questions. Would you repost it there?

I feel like this is something that would already have a page, which is why I'm not putting this in the Launch Pad, but I can't figure out what it would be called in order to find it.
It usually happens in anime, and usually an episode or two before the final episode of the season (or show; and it's not too uncommon for the final episode, as well), but basically it's that thing where instead of cutting/fading to the normal credits sequence, the show keeps going while the credits roll over top of the action. Usually there's still some dialogue being exchanged. Sometimes the normal credits music is playing, but it's usually quieter and often a lyricless version (if the music normally has lyrics).
So yeah, if someone could help point me to that trope's page if it has one, or help confirm that it hasn't got one and should be submitted to the Launch Pad. TY ^^
