The picture of Meroko and Mitsuki? Not sure because I think the picture should either show just Mitsuki (protagonist) or her and the reapers (sans Jonathan and spoiler reapers).

The current image used for Full Moon o Sagashite does not adequately portray the premise, in my opinion. It shows Mitsuki and Takuto, and while they are the protagonist and deuteragonists, the image itself doesn't really show what the manga is about.
If I were to look at the image out of context, it looks like a cunning guy is kidnapping a young girl.
Pictures I would suggest instead are this one
, as it shows Mitsuki, as well as three reapers (and Eichi in the background) or this one
showing Mitsuki and Eichi, the boy she says she wants to reach with her singing.
