I don't think this trope is very noteworthy because it's the most likely to attract flamebait. Not only that, but it's not always stated in-universe explicitly that the character has the disorder, especially not in bright-eyed, naive kids shows, yet such shows are still easy targets for this trope. This trope is a bit too cynical to have for childlike Western Animation works.

Overall, when I see this trope, all I see is constant natter and overanalysis of fiction, with the tropers taking it too seriously in the process. Unless you are a medical professional, you don't possess the authority to make these obsessive analysises. The fact that there's an insanely repeated warning in the edit mode alone shows how untropeworthy this trope may be....

Sorry, but I think we need a bit more evidence of a problem than what is presented here. Also, troping is not really the same thing as making a medical diagnosis.
