-Meta Knight wastes no time performing a Shuttle Loop and heading Kirby's way with his wings spread!-

(Another dodge, but can he really keep that up forever?)

-Can you, indeed, Kirby...?-

-Dodging will only get you so far, and you know that Meta Knight's not about to let you get away with that so easily...!-

-As Meta Knight passes Kirby, he soars up higher and seamlessly transitions into another Mach Tornado!-

-He's picking up the pace, Kirby!-

Streets-Cafe

(Kirby frantically parries the swipes of the Tornado as best he can...!)

Streets - Cafe (Meta Knight)

-CLING, CLING, CLANG, CLANG, CLING!-

-The clashes of the two blades are clearly audible, and eventually Meta Knight falls back, back a fair ways away from Kirby.-

-He holds his blade steady, looking straight towards Kirby.-

-Now Kirby's being a bit too cautious, in his eyes...-

"Fight me!"

-Ah yes, the good ol' 'Fight me'...-

-Seems like he wants you to make the next move...!-

(Kirby actually lunged right as Meta Knight was saying that...!)

Streets - Cafe (Meta Knight)

-Meta Knight does a quick sidestep, but Kirby grazes his mask! A small crack is visible!-

-He then stops, charging up an attack. Kirby should know this one...! Once it's charged, he'll shoot very tall twin tornadoes out of his blade! They'll be so tall that there's no getting above them in time!-

-Kirby, if you hurry up and get close to him, you can get a really good strike in and break that mask!-

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

Peter sits on a couch in the cafe, sketching something in a notepad.

Streets-Cafe

(The perfect opportunity—Kirby rushes forward and does a hard downward slash!)

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-Misaki steps into the Breezy Place.-

-She's been trying to find everyone she needs to say goodbye to, and so far she hasn't fond any—-

-Oh! What do you know!-

"There you are. I've been looking for you."

-Peter, you have the aloof Misaki before you!-

-Although... something feels different. Not everyday she's actually trying to find you...-

-Is something up...?-

-CHINK!-

-The mask splits cleanly in half, and Meta Knight's pushed back onto his behind.-

-Ah, that familiar face of his!-

-He blinks, before giving Kirby something of a glare... which honestly looks adorable without the mask.-

-He wastes no time straightening himself up, wrapping himself in his cloak, and disappearing...-

-...-

-...You won, Kirby!-

-Victory dance time!-

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

Peter looks up from his sketchbook, his eyes widening as he sets it down and says, "Hey, what's up?"

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-Misaki's expression is level, at the very least.-

"I'm going to say this upfront."

-She takes a breath...-

"...Aichi, Card Capital, and I will be returning home."

Streets-Cafe

(DANCE)

(well anyway, GRUB TIME)

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

Peter stiffens and blinks, saying, "Oh, uh..."

He takes a breath and nods. "I understand."

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-Misaki knows that it's probably very sudden bringing it up like this, but...-

"...It would have left a sour taste in my mouth, not telling you."

-She considers Peter a friend, and she doesn't want to leave without a proper goodbye.-

"...I'm sorry, but I won't be able to help you and Whisper."

-That's honestly one of her biggest regrets. Not being able to help Peter and Whisper with Eggman and not being able to help Cross...-

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

Peter shakes his head and holds up his hands. "Hey, nah, it's okay. You've done a lot already." He lowers his arms, grabs the sketchbook and places it on his legs. "A lot you didn't have to do."

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-Misaki actually smiles a little, as shocking as it may be. What kind of apocalypse shall rain upon this Nexus as a result of this omen...?-

"I could say the same thing to you, you know."

-Helping out with keeping an eye on the clones, working to keep an eye out for threats in the City, trying to help find Cross...-

"You've done a lot."

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

"Couldn't have done it without you, could I?" Peter asks, smiling back.

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-She's not sure what he's going on about. Honestly, she didn't do that much...-

"I did what I could."

-She wishes she could do more, but unfortunately it seems like it's not within her power to do so...-

Breezy Place — Peter Parker

Peter rubs the back of his neck. "I mean, like, I wouldn't have known what was going down if you didn't tell me. Or it would've taken me a bit."

Breezy Place (Misaki)

-That may be true...-

"A lot happens in this place. I can't ignore it."

-Misaki doesn't take wrongdoing lying down. Whether something petty like a card thief to a madman trying to take over the world, Misaki isn't going to take it without doing something.-

"I'm lucky I chose the right person to tell."

-She met Peter by pure chance, and then things went from there.-

"...I was right for trusting you."

-She's not the most direct, but it's obvious that Peter definitely counts among her most trusted comrades in this place.-

He takes the sketchboard and places it back on the couch. "I'm glad to have known you."

Breezy Place (Misaki)

"Don't mention it."

-He's absolutely earned it.-

-And then Peter says that last part.-

"...I'm glad to have met you too."

-However...-

"...I'd like to think this isn't the end."

-Aichi's definitely rubbing off on her. She's actually starting to feel like she'll see the friends she made here again someday.-

-It's crazy. She can't imagine herself having been like this a couple of years ago...-
