I could buy Chronos Nyx as a straight up Jojo character.

That said, I like that we have a new boss style with regular Chronos. I can't wait for every other event to copy it.

The raid mechanics of this event feel like two steps forward, one step back. Letting you stack EX raid attempts is convenient, and raid boosts are a nice idea... in concept. I thought we would be able to earn them by completing optional objectives or something, but the rare ones are completely random drops. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded as much if they gave us smaller versions of the rare boosts as emblem or blazon rewards or something line that.

I completely dig the raid battles themselves, though. Fighting a big guy at the edge of the arena is a cool kind of thing for an anniversary fight, and having a completely different form for the EX and Nightmare battles is fresh.

You say that, but I'm still waiting for another event to copy the Fire Emblem one and all its fun unique map styles...

Yeah, I’m willing to bet the only thing between me and the Omega battles is one of the rare raid boosts. If I just had Overdrive Punisher, I’m sure that would make up the difference in DPS, but as it stands I’m trying my best with Skill Haste and Broken Punisher, and they just don’t do much on their own when I need to play with very specific timings.

Im pretty sure the boost is to help newbies get awards easier in the event. That it makes it even easier for already equipped players just means there needs to be a smaller cap going forward for experienced ones.

How far has the story gotten anyways? Like in terms of chapter count.

Ten, Megaman is coming out when 11, conviently, has ancient Androids in the empires ranks.

This Month in Dragalia Lost

• The Mega Man crossover happens at the end of November/beginning of December
  • Mega Man is the freebie
  • The Greatwyrms will be the bosses because of "a certain someone"
• Crafting High Dragon Weapons requires crafting both a 5.3 weapon and a 5* weapon with a High Dragon's Bane skill to unlock that option
• Difficulty levels for the Advanced Dragon Trials to be added on the 11th and Master Difficulty for High Brunhilda on the 14th, water IO drops will be doubled during that time.
• Halloween event rerun on the 18th, there will be new adventurer variants.

Reading Mids story and I imagine lil Zodiark is Sariel Dragon.0

They really seem to be taking the Megaman crossover seriously. I guess he'll be using one of the magic sticks, since they're vaguely plasma shooty.

So yesterday I managed to pull Victor in my free 10 draw and today's free 10 draw gave me Noelle. I must say that it's really neat seeing how the story of those two play out as we see it from both of their points of view.

Gah, wanted Victor so bad. I'm a sucker for badass veterans in long coats who would be played by Samuel L. Jackson in a movie adaption.

I do appreciate character stories that use people beyond the main six in their telling, there are too many to just restrict that to castle stories, although I would have expected the three-stars to show up semi-regularly since everyone has them pretty much guaranteed.

I’m willing to bet Mega Man will be a light element, since “plasma” also describes the various lightning attacks used by light element characters like Albert in the game, so maybe I should get that 5-star light wand from the raid event...

More like a Dr Light element character.

Is it possible to get more gear drops from Chronos EX? I'm hoping to be able to farm more 5 star weapons.

No, it's limited to only one 5* weapon per account.

I haven't decided which one I'm going to get, waiting for the tenfold summons to finish before deciding.

also pulled Bride Aoi today which is nice but I dunno if I really want to use her.

Damn. I guess that would've been too easy. Now I'm even more torn about which weapon to get.

Okay whatever complaints about raid boosts exists I want to say "REEEEEEEE!" because dear Illia these Omega Chronos are tough.

I suspect that even with raid boosts maxed out I'm still not going to be able to clear Omega Chronos.

Meanwhile here I am capped off at Standard difficulty.

Not that it's stopping me, getting the stuff to empty the Blazon Summon pool is surprisingly less tedious than I remember.

Make sure to do EX and get the tail adestroyed for clover drops to give to dragons.

Thnks to the raid boosts you can potentially get your stats high enough to do it. Or at least not die when sneezed at.

Nightmare though, nah you gotta have an experience team with a Might of 30,000 minimum and thats only if other players get into 36,0000 and don't run off the moment they see your stats.

I want to do Nightmare but I'm also too lazy to farm raid boosts

glad they gave the IO stuff as gifts because it's a much welcome boost to the dojo levelling

Yeah, at some point they changed it to only require one blazon per item instead of two.

Just skip ticket the normal fight. Voila! Free Boosts. Or have your team Auto Chronos in privafe solo matches. It'll result in the same goal.
