The electric bullets and green fire tornado slammed into the ultimate level digimon, enveloping it in smoke and sending out screams of pain echoing out through the area.

"Yes" Iziya yelled, as he watched from his lab, "can't believe they did it?"

"Yeah" Wormmon chimed, "I owe you five bucks now. Hurray."

Izzy smiled cheekily at his digimon. However, his smile soon faded, and their eyes suddenly widened as the smoke cleared.

"You" the angered digimon snarled, "I'M GOING TO DEVOUER YOU ALL!!!"

The smoke cleared revealing the ultimate digimon, its eye now closed over and cuts and burns staining its entire body, was glowing a bright blue.

"It took me years to acquire this data. The ships I torn down, all the digimon I devoured, it was all so I could perform this, and finally rule the ocean as I deserved. But you, you are all making me waste this on you. None of you are worthy of my master form, but rejoice you curds, you will be the first to see My mega evolution! Be glad that it will be the last thing you ever see."

Water suddenly shoots out of the ocean and envelopes Megaseadramon, spiraling around it in a whirlpool made of energy and water.

"Megaseadrmon digivolve to"

"Ahhh," Wormmon screamed, "get them out of there, get them out of there!!!"

"I'm trying" Izzy yelled back.

"Um..." Samwell said, as he took a step back. "I don't think it's a good idea that this thing is getting BIGGER...perhaps we should make a hasty retreat?"

Malcolm's beak dropped and he legged it out of there. Shannon yelped and followed, again outpacing him.

"AHHAHA" Megaseadramon laughed in his water cocoon, "yes, run. Devouring you would be no fun without a chase, Gerahhhh!"

With one final scream, the water enveloping the digimon exploded revealing... that nothing had changed.

Megaseadramon simply floated in a stunned silence, unable to register what had happened.

Suddenly its eyes grew wide tear filling its body.

Standing behind the humans was a giant in shining black armor, stylized to resemble a dog. Its red cape billowing in the wind as its very presence seemed to be radiating dark power.

While all this was happening, another invite was sent, again, without Izzy doing anything.

Time seemed to freeze as Samwell slowly turnd around, feeling a horribly oppressive presence behind him, and he gulped. "Hello...what I hope is...friend?" He asked with a nervous grin, waving a hand.

"Whoa..." Waspmon said as he floated down beside Samwell, dwarfing his companion. "He looks COOL! Do I get to look like that!?"

After giving Samuel a quick nod as a hello, the black knight stepped forward and, in the blink of an eye hovered over megaseadramon.

Before the ultimate digimon had time to react, it found its neck being crushed by the new arrival.

"n-no" it managed to whimper out, "not like this, NOT LIKE THIS!"

Electricity began to envelope megaseadramons horn, as it prepared an attack.

Without stopping to even breath, the giant wrapped its free hand around the other digimons mouth and horn and crushed them with no effort.

Megaseadramon billowed in pain, its jaw now loosely clinging to its face and its horn, shattered to pieces, falling into the water.

The giant held up its free hand once more, and next to it appeared a black hole.

It let go of megaseadramon and hooked chains shot from the hole. The dug into the seadragons skin and pulled it in, screams shooting from its broken mouth, as it pleaded with the humans it had tried to eat to rescue it.

The hole disappeared once it was in, a dead silence filling the beach.

Then, just as soon as it had shown up, the giant in black armor, vanished. Almost as if it had never been there.

Shannon looked back at the scene. She blinked twice and fainted. Again.

Malcolm de-digivolved and caught her.

"...That was quite a scene," he remarked, beak chattering.

"Oh, well, that was awful." Samuel gulped quietly, shaking his head. "is it bad I kind of pity the poor thing?" He asked, looking up at Waspmon. "We did kind of impede on it's home first and certainly kind of well...did it bad..."

"Um..." Waspmon gulped as well, floating down as his form shrank down to Fanbeemon again. "I don't think I wanna cool if I looked like that...that was scary..."

The man in the suit maintained a stoic outlook during the whole ordeal. His companion had retreated back to the beach and reverted back to a Betamon.

"Sir! What do you think that was about?"

"-eyes narrow- No idea."

He calmly walked to where the others 'tamers' were.

"So, I see each of you also gained a companion."

"Yo" Iziya said, speaking through the digivices, "hate to but into the introductions, but you guys should probably get back to my lab. Before your digimon pass. That gold meat I gave you guys has the side effect of draining their stamina, so they'll be dropping in about... now. Don't forget the passed out ten year old."

"I'll be there in a sec" Wormmon chimed in.

Malcolm also fainted, right on top of Shannon.

It would've been quite the adorable scene, if not for the danger that had just passed.

Nicole's House

After finishing the survey, Nicole leaned back in her chair, stretching lightly while chuckling_ "Well, let's see what will come out of that one, maybe I'll be getting a key for a closed beta for a Digimon game or something"

Musyamon noticed Peckmon partially getting hit by the Mega Ice Blast Megaseadramon used to counter his fire attack, he prepared to use his shogun sword again but found that he didn't have the energy, though he managed to avoid De-digivolving.

To make matter worse it seemed that their opponent had an ace up their sleeves and was also ready to go up a level though he was stopped and defeated by what looked like a black knight.

Before he and the others could celebrate though Iziya contacted them and told them to hurry back to the lab before their stamina depleted. The scientist had barely finished his explanation before Musyamon reverted to Kotemon and lost consciousness.

Amber naturally was confused about what was going on and decided to question the other humans. "Okay what are these devices and who was that guy who contacted us? And what happened with these guys and their transformations?"

Suddenly, just as with the others, a blue light began to erupt from Nicoles computer.

It enveloped the room, then, in a few minutes, disappeared, taking Nicole with it.

"I'll explain everything once you're all here" Iziya said to the tamers through their digivices, "Just carry your digimon a little farther north, Wormmon should be there to- ...the hell?"

Izzy glanced at a screen that had just opened on his monitor. It showed a vast desert just resting near the ocean. Izzys eyes widened with shock once he made out the image of a girl standing in the sand.

Nicole found her self standing in the middle of a vast desert, with the ocean laying directly behind her.

"Um hello" a voice said from Nicoles pocket, "yes hi, check your pocket."

"hmmm, fine, we'll talk a bit on the way. Come Richard."

The Betamon looks to the group, then back to his tamer and quickly follows. The pair walk ahead of the group, heading north.

Erode Desert

Nicole gasped as the room lit up in blue light, looking around in the desert before looking down into her pocket "Wh-What?" With that, she rumaged through her pocket, trying to find out what caused the voice

In her pocket, Nicole will fine a square, yellow digivice, about the shape and size of a track phone.

"Yo" Izzy said through the digivice, "so, my name is Iziya and, you are in another world... hurray."

...

"You're not great at this."

"Shut it Wormmon, I'm doing my best okay!"

"Okay, how about just sending her, her digimon and telling her where she's at."

"I'm getting there!" Izzy coughed before talking to Nicole again.

"You are currently standing in a place called the Erode desert. It's... not the best place to be, however there are some villages nearby. If you start walking south east, you should find a... decent, town where I can have the others meat you."

"...um, the digimon?"

"Oh, right. Here's your present."

Izzy pressed a few buttons and a pinging noise began emitting from Nicoles digivice.

Erode Desert

Nicole listened to that conversation mostly confused more than anything, though as the noise began to come from her Digivice she quickly took it out lightly alarmed

"Um...sure..." Samwell had a hard time registering a large majority of what was happening, so as he reached down and scooped up the delirious Fanbeemon, who was limp and exhausted and weighed about the same as a small dog, he held him up his arm and trekked forward.

"So...um...how's everyone else taking everything that's happened?" He asked, looking around. "Because to me it feels like my brain is trying to crack free from my skull. Not a fun feeling."

Shannon groaned, then woke up again, gently lifting Malcolm off of her.

She got up, picked Malcolm up awkwardly, and walked to where Izzy's base was.

"Honestly I'm half convinced this is all a dream or something, probably the only reason I'm not freaking out more."

Amber dragged Kotemon through the sand by his tail.

"By the way my name is Amber, and you guys?"

"Hi! I'm Shannon, and I'm 10 years old."

She waved to Amber.

"Hullo! I'm Malcolm!"

Malcolm also waved.

As soon as Nicole touched her digivice a yello ball of light popped out and shot into the air.

slowly, the light began to take shape, turning into a yellow silhouette of what looked to be a horned monster.

In an exsplosion of light, the orb changed into... what looked like a metal beetle, but with a Taser for a head.

A "door" opened, and Wormmon went to great the group.

Shannon and Malcolm sat down near Wormmon.

"I'm all for starting as soon as we can, but we need to rescue people. It'll be safer as a group, I think. And we also need supplies—food, water, clothes, tools, that kind of thing."

Erode Desert

Nicole pretty much fell back on her rear as she saw the sudden ball of light, watching from the ground as it took shape to become... the Digimon she chose?! Yeah, there was no mistaking it for her, that definetely was a Kokuwamon. Slowly, she got up and got close to the Digimon "Are you... who I think you are?"
