Digimon; Quadrants.

Shannon took out the strange phone as Malcolm wolfed down on the meat.

She pushed the button.

"Falcomon, Digivolve to..."

She had to pause for a moment to read the new name on the screen.

"Peckmon!" That came out as a hoarse cry.

Malcolm briefly turned into an ostrich-like Digimon, but reverted back almost immediately.

"Say, might I have more of that meat?" Malcolm asked politely.

"Here" Izzy said, tossing Malcolm some more food, "it takes awhile for digimon to maintain a digivolution. But, the more often you digivolve the easier it gets."

Suddenly, a ping could be heard on Izzys computer as a survey pops up on the screen.

"Oh. Looks like we're getting another one. Hey, how about you all go meat her? She'll be on that hill you showed up on."

As he talked, he sent the same invite message to Amber as he had with the other three.

Malcolm scooped up the food and wolfed it down, following Shannon back to the hill.

As Fanbeemon chewed noisily on the meat, Samwell decided it would be wiser to not question how a bee was eating meat and walked out. Now holding the bone, he chased after. "Hey! Wait for me, boss man!"

"Please, my name is Samwell."

"Alright Boss-Samwell! My name is Fanbeemon! Let's be best friends, huh!?"

"...Was that a bee pun?"

"What's a pun?"

The only reason Amber had taken the survey was because she had nothing better to do, she never expected to be accepted to the game but decided she could at least check it out. She clicked the link and was immediately blinded by a bright blue light.

Just like with the others, the blue light faded from Ambers room, taking Amber with it.

However, once the light had disappeared and Ambers vision cleared, instead of being atop Data Hill Amber was sitting in soft sand with the ocean nipping at her leg.

Back at the lab, Izzy was reading Ambers survey when a message suddenly popped up.

"Huh" is all Iziya managed to get out before his face turned to shock at the sight of Amber on That beach! "Crap, crap, crapetty, crap, crap!"

Izzy then began frantically pushing buttons and running codes when Wormmon woddled up.

"What's up bos-" Wormmon said, cutting him self off as he noticed the situation, "Oh, crap!"

"Yes, oh crap! How did this happen?!"

"I don't know, you run the thing! Isn't she suppose to go to Data hill?"

"Yes she's suppose to go to Data hill! But she isn't, she's on that beach for some reason, and I am very freaked out right now!"

"Well fix it!"

"I'M TRYING!!!"

A panicked Izzy then hastily pushed a button on his digivice and began talking into it.

"Hello" Izzy said to all four people, possibly freaking some of them out, "yes, hi, so... um, first off, um, Amber, correct? Welcome to the digital world. Now, I need you to start moving south from your current position or ells you're going to die."

"DON'T TELL HER THAT!!"

"I PANICED!!!" Izzy then remembered what he was doing, and attempted to compose himself, "Any ways, I need you three to head North from your current position and meat up with our newest guest. Just, you know, maybe run."

...

"Um, should we, you know, SEND HER, HER DIGIMON!"

"PROBABLY!!!!!"

Izzy then pushed a few buttons.

DIGIMON SENT

Back on the beach, a pinging noise can be heard coming from Ambers pocket.

In the water, what looked to be blood red scales could be seen scraping the surface, then disappearing into the ocean.

Just as Amber was about to freak out about somehow being teleported to a beach a voice from her pocket told her to head or die for some reason. Normally she wouldn't listen to something like that but that wasn't a normal situation. She took a few breaths to force her to calm down and orientated, cause she would only waste more time by blindly running in the wrong direction in a panic.

Unfortunately as soon as she had calmed down a little the digivice in her pocket pinged and she just started running, completely unaware of the scales in the water behind her while also trying to take whatever made that noise out of her pocket. At least she was running more or less in the right direction, though it was more south-south-east than straight south.

In her pocket, Amber found a rectangular item, about the shape and size of a tract phone. It was glowing a light brown.

Soon, it exploded in a dazzling light which slowly took shape into a child sized creature, wearing what looked to be samurai armor, and wearing a horned helmet with a wooden face guard which hid two large yellow eyes. Purple dinosaur legs and a tail poked out of the creatures armor, and a bamboo sword was strapped to its back.

It was around this time that the red creature, drawn by Amber running, shot out of the water and snuck up behind the young woman.

Shannon ran northwards, Malcolm following her and soon managing to overtake her. He was bent over and his arms were pointed behind him.

She pumped her legs furiously, hoping that she could get there in time.

Even after everything that happened some strange child sized creature materializing from a brown glowing cell phone was the strangest thing Amber had seen that day. Before she could try to escape the bizarre monster though it talked to her.

"Don't worry partner, I Kotemon will protect you from all danger." The Rookie Digimon talked a big game but that was only because he was sure the threat this human was running from couldn't reach them this far from the water and that as a result they were totally safe since he didn't look behind Amber.

"Are you so sure" a, surprisingly cool sounding, voice asked "you might want to double check our, um, "level difference?""

Floating behind Amber and her new digimon, was a large serpent like creature. It had dark red scales running down its back, and its head was protected by what looked like a golden helmet. A large horn protruded out of its triangular face.

Izzy was till attempting to get his computer under control when another message popped up. Someone ells had completed a survey.

"What the" Izzy said, confused, "that's not right, I stopped sending the surveys."

Without his input, the survey was suddenly accepted and a invite link was sent.

"HEY!"

Shannon skidded to a stop on the beach sand, Malcolm stopping next to her. She'd somehow managed to outpace him while running. That was a nice surprise. Shannon was usually bad at P.E.

"Leave her alone," Shannon shouted at the sea-dragon. "Malcolm, do something," she whispered.

"Very well, foul beast!" Malcolm took flight towards the sea-dragon and flapped his wings furiously.

"Wind Blade!"

Skidding to a stop of his own, Samwell looked out at the immense, terrifying creature that reared out of the ocean itself. He looked around the landscape, and then he took a deep breath and nodded. Turning to Fanbeemon, he pointed, "Well! Let's go help the-"

But Fanbeemon was all ready gone.

"INCOMIIIING!" It screamed as it dive bombed directly at the creatures face.

When Kotemon heard Megaseadramon he turned around and all of his bravado disappeared when he realized how close the Ultimate Digimon was. "Eheh I um didn't know you could get this close to shore." He then faced Amber and noticed the girl hadn't stopped running, he was ready to follow her when he noticed the others.

Amber had no idea what was going on but it was obvious that her "protector" was less than useful. At least there were some other humans also accompanied by some small creatures in the distance, so she changed course to meet up with them. "*Get out of here, there is some huge seamonster chasing me!* She yelled in Dutch not knowing they wouldn't understand her.

Kotemon's first though when he saw Fanbeemon dive straight at Megaseadramon was that the Insect was either suicidal or an idiot and he was willing to abandon him to his fate. However he quickly realized that the other Rookie was trying to help him and he changed his mind. Despite being terrified and knowing it likely wouldn't work he turned around and began charging his fist with electrical current. When he got close enough he tried to punch Megaseadramon with his "Thunder Kote!"

Without even registering Malcoms existence, the ultimate level digimon swatted the wind blades away with its tail.

"Really" it said, a smug cockiness in its voice, "did you think that would-" before it was allowed to finish its sentence, it found the stinger of a Fanbeemon stabing its pupil.

Megaseadramon screamed in pain, thrashing its head wildly in a futile attempt to get the younger digimon out of its eye.

"AAAAHHHHH! You little bastard, my eye!"

Now, unable to pay attention, Megaseadramon took the entirety of kotemons attack. It screamed in pain as electricity enveloped it.

"Go for the eyes!" Shannon cheered, and Malcolm immediately complied.

While it was stunned with electricity, he darted forward and pecked at the Megaseadramon's already injured eye.

"Beak Attack!"

"Electric Shock!"

A bolt of electricity jumped out from further in shore aimed at the Megaseadramon.

On the threshold of the beach stood a man in a grey suit wearing a pair of glasses. A Betamon was beside him, having just unleashed an attack.

The Megaseadramon screamed again as another sharp object pierced his eye.

"You little" It was unable to finish its statement, as the new digimons attack sent pain through out its spine.

The Ultimate digimon was left dazed and with a throbbing pain in its eye.

Izzy is currently trying his hardest to fix his bugging out computer.

"Why are you doing this to me" he said, slamming his fist onto the monitor in frustration, which then flashed back to life and showed him the scene at the beach "Oh, um thanks. Wow, they actually... oh no."

The horn on Megaseadramons head began to spark to life as the ultimate digimon growled in anger.

"You brats, come to my home, and attack me. And you don't even have the decency to be strong!"

The electricity began to spiral around megaseadramon and the digimon was enveloped in a tornado of air and lightning.

"Mail Storm!"

The electrified tornado spread out in all directions shooting towards the group.

Suddenly, golden chunks of meat appeared before all the digimon present.

"No time to talk" Izzy said through everyone's digivices, "have your digimon eat this right now, and digivolve!"

Samwell didn't have a lot to go on. This big thing was trying to hurt him, and that was the most important thing to was stop it. So, imagine his surprise when the golden meat appeared in his hand, and was instructed to feed it to him. His eyes went wide, and he nodded, whistling loudly. "FANBEEMON!"

Fanbeemon landed in the ground in front of him, kicking up dirt and soil. He looked up and waved at Samwell. "Hey there Boss-Samwell!"

"Hey little guy, we need you to eat this, it'll make you even tougher!"

"DONE AND DONE!" And he ate the entire thing in one bite.

His body then began to glow...

"Fanbeemon, Digimon to...!"

In a burst of light, the little Fanbeemon had turned into something very, VERY different...

"...Waspmon!" He booms, his voice a lot deeper, and a lot more menacing.

"...Whoa! Look at me! I look COOL!"

Malcolm avoided the tornado easily, lightly winging his way to one side. Shannon held up the meat to him (he also swallowed it in one gulp) and pulled out her Digivice and prepared to Digivolve Malcolm.

"Falcomon, Digivolve to..."

"PECKMON!" This time, her voice was more confident. Malcolm glowed and turned into this.

Malcolm leapt forward and attacked once again!

"Kunai Wing!"

His voice was also deeper and more confident.

Amber had no idea what was going on but since the small creatures that ate the meat somehow transformed, she tossed her chunk to the mask wearing lizard creature that said it would protect her. "Eat up." This time she used English because he and the other humans all seemed to speak it.

Kotemon would have been happy to let Waspmon and Peckmon deal with Megaseadramon but that option disappeared when Amber threw the golden meat at him. Somehow without removing his mask he ate it and began to glow. "Kotemon Digivolve to... Musyamon"

Upon seeing the little guy's new form Amber was briefly worried that something had gone wrong and he had somehow turned evil but she would be proven wrong.

"Cool, I have a real sword now." Musyamon's voice was deeper than Kotemon's and he looked slightly more confident. "Time to try it out. Shogun Sword!" Still the fact that his first attack was the only ranged one he had showed that he still didn't want to get too close to the higher leveled Megaseadramon.

The bespectacled man took the meat and chucked it at his partner.

"Eat up Richard."

"Righto."

The Betamon chomped down on the meat and began to glow while it was buffeted by the Megaseadramon's attack.

Betamon digivolve to...Seadramon!

A bluish green sea serpent with a yellow armoured took the Betamon's place and dove into the ocean, roaring up at it's ultimate counterpart. Seadramon reared back its head, charging up cryogenic energy, then opened its maw and released an Ice Blast at the Megaseadramon.

"Freeze, ruffian!"

Megaseadramon was caught off guard by the kunai piercing its side.

It let out a yelp if pain before noticing the fire dragon coming at it.

It sharply inhaled and then fired a Mega ice blast to counter.

While it was detracted, it suddenly found that its tail had been frozen solid by the champion version of its self.

It was now slower, and had more openings for the group to exploit.

"Alright Waspmon, let's see what you can do!"

"Right!" Shouted Waspmon as he began to fly i a very quick circle around the assaulted Digimon in question.

"Turbo Stinger!" He shouted, as the stinger-cannon began to fire rapidly down at the larger Digimon in quick bright blue bursts.

Malcolm only very narrowly dodged the Mega Ice Blast. Some of his feathers were frozen at the tips and he staggered before resuming his charge.

"Burning Spiral!"
