Dang, Classic Mode has usually been mildly enjoyable, but this version actually looks fun! Really liking the bosses, and I like how the difficulty can actually slide up as you play.

its like they got rid of trophies and were like "so how do we cater to the fans of all these franchises without having a fully rendered 3d model of various characters"
so they made over 400 stickers (each with what looks like an appropriate thematic fight) and classic mode is customized for each individual character.

- Shulk: Metal Face
- Samus: Giant Ridley (with the moveset of Pyrosphere Ridley)
- Kirby: Dedede (in Boxing Ring, FS Meter charges faster)

Given that Dr. Wily in the Mega Man 7 Wily Capsule is an Assist Trophy that can be defeated, I wonder can they simply beef up his HP and simply have him set as a perpetual presence that Mega Man has to defeat?

Yeah, the fact that AT’s can be KO’d now does open the possibility of enhanced AT’s as boss fights. I could definitely see Mother Brain for Samus, alongside Ridley of course.
