That image is indeed grandfathered because it's slow moving. No other moving images can be uploaded.

That page has had that pic in place for a loooooooong time...when Fast Eddie was the site admin, he was adamant that it would be the only page that was allowed to have an animated pic.

Since GIF images are not avaliable to be used on This Very Wiki, I don't understand how True Art Is Incomprehensible still uses a GIF (The lights flicker off and on)
