That’s already what Hidden Buxom is though.

I feel like we are going in circles here:

"It depends, there are a lot of normal techniques to suppress breast sizes. Hidden Buxom covers the more unrealistic 'hammerspace breasts' type thing, like a girl is an F cup but manages to have a completely flat chest and pass for a guy via a roll of scotch tape. Enhanced with the usual comic reveal.

Or they are embarrassed about their size and hide them under baggy clothing and such."

To me, that clearly does not cover Played for Drama uses where the character's breast size is not revealed/stated, as outlined in the proposed write-up.

There is no real difference in Played for Drama and Played for Comedy for this, the only difference is the way the reveal is done.

Also what about those that are played for both? Infinite Stratos for example has its reveal played for ecchi comedy but everything else is played for drama. Persona 4’s is also completely serious, the reveal on how big they actually are is done in such an off hand way its really funny.
