Reiko, Quest Board
Reiko did take the payment of whatever odd, foreign currency that Guzma was offering with a nod and not much else, all the way back then. If this was anything like the Yen, which it might be, this would put her in their debt for...about six minutes.

And that was at her family-and-friends rate.

Still, she found no need to go out and leave them just yet, even if they didn't exactly do anything over the last week. Not a single bullet was fired in all that time, and Reiko mostly found herself just standing around to make sure nobody else got that opportunity either.

So, it was time to strike out on her own.

INDUSTRIAL CLEANING SERVICE - REIKO KUCHIBA
FAST-DISCREET-PROFESSIONAL-VERY EFFECTIVE

For removal of large-scale messes and mess-makers. Contact Kuchiba at her residence at [NAME AND ADDRESS WITHHELD] or leave a message at the Train Station.

Rates negotiable.
Walking up just as Kat left, she stapled up the poster of her own make onto the board. With surprisingly messy handwriting and a photo of herself (frowning, naturally) that she used off some of the pokebucks to have taken, it wasn't the most professional poster. She wasn't even sure if anyone was going to pick up on the whole double-entendre of "cleaner."

Still, it was probably better than writing "CONTRACT KILLING SERVICE" out for everyone to see.

Ionia and Aeolia, Club...Club Something, They're Not Sure Yet
"And now, something to wake you up."

Being just about the only musicians worth their salt in this city was nice, Ionia realized. Being the only ones who play 24/7 was also nice, but she was starting to wonder if anyone cared. Right now, in this as-of-yet-unnamed-in-OOC Club, there was, like...two people. Both of them seemed too drunk to appreciate it.

Oh, make that three. Her sister just walked in.

Swinging open the door and dressed in something she'd never thought she'd wear - a tracksuit - Aeolia wiped the sweat from her brow and wearily waved to her other half.

Ionia got off the stage that they had built, leaving the band to play just as efficiently without her, and walked over. "Well, you certainly seem to have enjoyed yourself."

"Not at all, Ionia," Aeolia replied, taking a seat. "Chun-li seems like one of those ordinary humans, yes? She's much, much stronger than me. And way more demanding." Even for someone who was leaps and bounds better than any ordinary human like Aeolia, having spent almost half a day exercising and jogging was still too much. Maybe all that time as a cushy celebrity had made her soft.

...And that made her think of something. She craned her neck around, looking at the people and lack of people here. "...Sister, this is kind of...desolate, isn't it?"

"Well, considering we decorated it ourselves and all—"

"No, not the building...the crowd. Before we got here, didn't we just perform in a theatre that seated millions?"

"...And now we're stuck with...tens."

The both of them sighed, and sank into their seats. Ionia must have felt just as tired as Aeolia right now.

Making a Home

In the intervening week, countless plants had grown in and around the God Tree. In one somewhat smaller tree next to the God's Abode was a tiny carved door and windows, and inscribed above the entrance was the words "New Ponc'Tan". Anyone who peered in would see the tiny house labeled 'Great Artist Issun', as well as several hundred Pikmin swinging tiny wooden swords.

The sun goddess's bedroom, meanwhile, was now full to bursting with flowers and had several Pikmin Onions. Around her grassy bed were erected several Pikmin-sized shrines, and occasionally the little plant-men could be seen kneeling as though in prayer.

—-

Fields

"Don't go overboard." Issun had said, as Amaterasu eyed the freshly tilled fields. Of course, it was her duty to make sure all of her children were well fed, and it was her sun which made the harvest bountiful.

So naturally, Amaterasu was now running wildly through the farmland, tail swishing excitedly and bringing the countless seeds to blossom. Wheat shot out of the earth with haste, as trees sprouted from the planted fruit pits. In the span of half an hour, the great white wolf had turned the simple fields into a lush grove, filled to bursting with life.

Sitting down under a tree, panting slightly with the exertion, Amaterasu smiled. Issun surveyed her handiwork and couldn't help but smile as well.

"Well, no one will starve, at least. And I bet this'll attract a lot of wild animals. Ya did good, furball."

The sun seemed to shine a little bit brighter.

What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?

One Week Timeskip - Giovanni & Team Rocket

Giovanni continued to establish his headquarters that was settled just west of the city walls. Rhydon was summoned on a regular basis to clear out more of the trash and debris inside the old ugly office building, while Giovanni's crew did the finishing touches inside. Giovanni hadn't made any success in starting a messenger bird service with the single, lonely pigeon that he had found out in store. The pigeon became something of a mascot for the fledgling organization, remaining in a large cage in Giovanni's room.

Giovanni decided to focus his efforts on other pursuits. He had his men pitch in wherever the locals needed help, doing odd jobs around the pastures outside of town, or working out at sea on the small fishing boats. A few even did favors around Wendy's restaurant, though obviously, not the same men who had harassed the business before. These jobs were all done for free. Of course, Giovanni still had some working under him that thought they owned the town. There were several more incidents in town involving Fire Nation men clad in thuggish leather causing problems. Giovanni simply let their tempers run their course, and eventually the troublemakers got bored and moved on to other things.

By the end of the week, Team Rocket had been firmly established in accordance to Giovanni's will. Young men and women trickled into the ranks of the self-proclaimed chivalrous organization, and were provided with sleek uniforms woven by some of the locals. A lot of the new recruits were looking for the strength in numbers and the sense of community that the usual villagers didn't seem to provide. Others were out for a second chance, and Team Rocket seemed to be the best possible option. It wasn't an uncommon sight as the week drew on to see people in black clothes walking the streets, by themselves or in small groups, proudly wearing the letter 'R' on their uniforms.

None of the townsfolk got a full idea of what 'Team Rocket' was supposed to be. They were just some kind of organization lead by a man named Giovanni, and they all claimed to be charitable.

Naga - Part I - A Part That Nobody Needs to Read but Details Things Regarding the Prior Week

After fighting for a while longer, getting pummeled by Juri until she got a bloody nose and then passed out, and downing a few more crab burgers, Naga settled in for the night by taking a large, comfortable straw pallet and blankets and moving them up to the top floor of the building. Due to its convenient central location, she set up her bed in the center of the large stone table that was located there, catching up on her beauty rest surrounded by ornate walls and chairs.

As for the Adventurer's Guild, by her count over thirty people had settled in, including her new apprentice. Combined with the assistance of the dozens of golems she had crafted over the days to assist and protect, it was starting to look like a proper indoor urban area instead of a ruinous derelict. It would only be a matter of time before it was a proper guild loaded up with all the required amenities, drawing the attention of the rich and needy. Having an irate, beautiful, talented Sorceress extraordinaire who was liable to blast ice arrows into any hooligans, ne'er do wells, troublemakers, rabblerousers, louts, and non-paying customers who came looking to cause trouble would also serve as a powerful motivator for people to huddle around in her neck of the woods instead of some of the less-desirable locales.

Of course, everyone being dirt broke at the moment and more focused on not dying of starvation or exposure meant that quests were few and far between. But before the week was up, several people had started putting up their own requests or services, and even her own apprentice sorceress had taken it upon herself to place a request on the thing. She could almost smell the steaks cooking now. Not that there was anything wrong with crab - and certainly nothing that she'd say to the irate redheaded entrepreneur - but Naga was the sort of person who was of the opinion that more food was always better than less food.

Aside from dealing with Wendy and the villagers, she spent some of her time each day practicing physical pursuits with Juri and her other students - who knew you could do so many things with your feet! - and going outside to look for things that needed killing. Any dragons, elementals, demons, or other such giant nonsense monsters could be slain for gold and glory, but Naga only discovered disappointment and shattered dreams.

Naga - Part II - Another Part Nobody Needs to Read but is Written for the Sake of Completeness

It was another wonderful day in the Frontiers, and after a breakfast from everyone's favorite restaurateur, Naga was ready to take on the world.

Only serving to brighten her mood was the fact that the girl with the cat had actually taken one of the job listings from the board. Phenomenal.

And then someone else had put up a notification of their... Industrial Cleaning Service? Well money was money, she supposed, and it's not like the notice was covering up requests to kill demon armies rampaging around a local village or clear out a group of bandits harassing travelers, or real services like contract killing, monster slaying, and carpentry.

So with a word to Wendy about 'keeping an eye on the competition', she left the building

Naga - Part III - The Actual Post - The Unnamed Club That Should be Called Club Paradies

Naga approached the unnamed club that currently only had a crowd of two people - a crowd size which increased by 100% when both Naga and her ego entered the building.

"Barkeep, Naga the Serpent, Master Sorceress is now here, and I require three tankards of mead!" She roared as she went through the door and walked towards the stage, gawking at the band.

"Oh, you're here," she remarked, looking down at the twin sisters. She took a seat next to one of them - the one not wearing sweat-drenched track clothes - and sunk into the seat, leaning back and stretching her arms up. "I take it you've done well for yourselves this last week, no? Though I must say, I don't think that outfit flatters you in the slightest." She waved a hand at Aeolia.

Char - Over the week: Long Live Zeon!

In the week that had passed, Char had been hard at work trying to get some recruits who would be interested in joining him in both securing the shrine gate and defending the city. Of course he also mentioned that he was working on developing tanks similar to the fire nation's, only they would be able to use it even if they didn't fire bend, letting them know that they'd be pretty well equipped once the city was up and running. Still the group was small, only somewhere between 10 and 15 men and women were willing to join him. Char didn't exactly mind though, as a smaller group allowed him to get to know his new recruits on a more personal level.

Char had also managed to get some uniforms and a flag fashioned for them, of course based upon the uniforms of Neo Zeon. He was going to make sure Zeon got a chance to thrive this time or he'd die trying. Still Char wasn't big on showing off to the others when he had just gotten started, so after getting his recruits they mostly spent their time either exercising and drilling, or helping out around the city to establish a good name for their Corps, hard labor was good labor and making sure they stayed connected with the civilians they were going to be protecting just meant they would fight that much harder in the battles that were to come.

The issue of actually arming his troops still plagued Char though. Some swords and items scavenged from the battle field was about all he could manage until he could cut a deal with a weapons manufacturer and he wasn't about to send his troops out to fight with just those scraps.

Char - East side of the city: Physical Training

Char and his troops, well most of them, were running a lap along the Eastern part of the city. Char never actually got tired, but building a sense of camaraderie with his men was paramount if he was going to get them to follow his orders in combat.

"Sound off; 1 - 2; Sound off; 3 - 4; Come on move those asses!"

He was also still waiting to see if those who had been pulled here would still be trying to achieve some kind of ruling council or if the end result would be every man, woman, and machine for themselves. He wouldn't put it past some of the people in the city to start getting weaselly.

Bartender—Majima club

From behind the counter, Naga and the Achelnote sisters might notice A young black-haired man wearing a tuxedo. He was cleaning some cups and glasses with a handkerchief. The bartender would nod to Naga from behind the counter.

“Right away, Miss Naga,” the bartender said to the sorceress, while she was talking with the achelnote sisters. The slip being completely unintentional.

He would bring a tray with three big tankards full of Mead to her, as requested.

“Courtesy of the house,” he smiled at her. “Although miss, pardon my insolence, I don’t think mead is... Good enough. A fine lady such as yours deserves the very best. May I recommend one of our finest wines or perhaps some whiskey?”

Chun-Li, One Week Timeskip, Jogging!

After telling those who asked about what was going on, Chun-Li left the area. Over the next week, Chun-Li convinced fourteen of the villagers to join her dojo to be trained by her exclusively. Even two of the Fire Nation vowed to serve her because of just how thoroughly she defeated their army's leader. Chun-Li was reluctant to put members of the army that had attacked the villagers into her training regiment, but she eventually relented and allowed the two to join her dojo.

While the initial 'training' considered of the sixteen students actually cleaning up a building to serve as a dojo southeast of the area claimed by Pink Diamond that she gave some 'wax on, wax off' nonsense about, soon enough the training was fully underway. True to her word, she would send one of her students to find Aeolia first before having Aeolia tell Majima when she was going to come to train his people, including Aeolia herself and Mystique. In addition, Chun-Li made trips to train the people that Siluca and chaos had taken in as well as Siluca herself.

At the moment, Chun-Li was training her own personal students by jogging along the Eastern part of the city, eventually running into Char's group.

"Hello, Char," Chun-Li waved to the leader of New Neo Zeon or whatever he decided to call his group.

Juri, One Week Timeskip, Club TBD

Over the next week, Juri began her training of the more than thirty people who had settled into the Adventure's Guild. All in all the training of the various villagers to defend themselves had gone well. The star pupil of hers was Wendy, the cook and Naga's proclaimed apprentice. Speaking of Naga, she was probably the worst student in Juri's eye. While the sorceress had actual fighting talent compared to the rest of the villagers including Wendy, her ego, vanity, and laugh made her a particularly hard student to actually train.

"I think she's been training with Chun-Li," Juri said as she kicked open the door and walked into unnamed club of the Achtelnote Sisters. "I can just smell her scent on you."

Bartender— paradies club—mini post

“Can I bring you something, Miss Juri?” The bartender said to Juri. You seem to like strong drinks. Liqueur, or perhaps a special cocktail? ”

Once the Korean martial artist mentioned Chun Li, the bartender smiled “Ah Miss Chun Li. She does have a unique scent, even when she is sweating, it’s delightfully inocent. She is truly a master of her craft. I thought it was impossible, but I actually learned new moves from her.”

Char, east side - Exercising

Char gave a hello wave and stopped his exercise, he told his group to start heading back home for now. He didn't want them to start slacking off while he stuck around to talk with someone.

"Hi Chun-Li, how has the training been going for your group?"

Char seemed pretty relaxed today, his red armor had obviously been polished and any dirt washed off, while he also didn't have his shield or rifle on him as a sign of how comfortable he was starting to get inside the city.

Ionia and Aeolia, the Newly Christened Club Paradies!
Oh, look at what the big, fat, disgustingly misshapen cat dragged in. The Maestros collectively groaned the moment they realized who walked in, and that was very quickly. Who couldn't recognize that shrill, grating voice.

"Hello, Naga," Aeolia begrudgingly said, hoping that she was just here to get drunk and not fraternize. "You're right, I don't think it looks good...but at least I'm wearing something in public."

"I do think we have a strict no shirt, no decency: no service policy at Club Paradies," Ionia mockingly added.

Before they could really lay into it, guess what? Another scantily clad purple-themed woman walked in! Though, unlike Naga's snide comments which were just par for the course, this one gave both of them some real pause.

Especially when they heard Mys...I mean the Bartender mention it.

Ionia turned around in her chair to ask the both of them "...Why are you both so familiar with how she smells?"

Zenyatta - En route to Club Paradies

Having received the answers he sought, Zenyatta spent the week getting the lay of the land, observing the people that passed him by, all with careful analyzing and deliberation. While active enforcing of law did not suit him, he saw nothing wrong with keeping peace through his own methods, so if the chance arose to talk to people and give them a measure of calm, well, that certainly qualified as law enforcement in his eyes.

Now, one week later, Zenyatta found himself guided into a club, one currently occupied by a group of women...rather loud women at that. While unsure of what could be to come of visiting this establishment as he could not partake in any of its wares, the Iris had not steered him wrong yet, so Zenyatta quietly settled into a corner to watch the conversation unfold before him.

Celty - Exercise is new

At the back of Chun-li's procession of students trailed perhaps the oddest looking one. This woman has forgone her usual black leather suit for a set of black sweat pants and a black tanktop while still wearing her bright yellow helmet. This new outfit exposed her pale skin to the sun it rarely saw. Celty has spent most of her centuries riding a horse or a motorcycle to get from place to place. While she wasn't exactly out of shape, she wasn't used to jogging for so long. The dullahan did her best to keep up with Chun-li's pace, not wanting to fall too far behind.

It was pretty soon after coming to this world that Celty realized she'd have to work on her self-defense abilities. This wasn't Ikebukuro anymore, where the worst thing she came across were some dumb thugs that think having some bats make them top dog. After seeing several of the people in this city, she knew her usual scare tactics wouldn't cut it. Thats when she heard that one of the other people dragged here was going to start a dojo to train anyone that wanted it. Obviously she jumped at the chance.

Now it seemed like Chunli-sensei was talking to Char, someone Celty had seen around but not talked to much. The dullahan took this chance to take a break. She didn't exactly need to catch her breath due to both breathing, so she took this time to sit down and stretch out her sore legs.

Alalia, It's Been One Week - Marketplace

Time marched onward as it always did, one thing unchanged by the current circumstances many had found themselves drawn into. Even in the span of only a week Alalia could see the city changing, such was the way of mortals and humans in particular. They moved so quickly and constantly, the only time any real quiet fell over the city being when night would fall. And even then, there were still those up and about.

Each day, more and more of the plant life and greenery that had claimed the city was cut away and removed; Making way for those who wished to use it. The sight was a sad one, but the dryad knew it was simply the way humans were. They twisted their environments to suit them, rather than change themselves to suit the environment. She did, however, make sure that the area surrounding her trees and the clearing were left untouched. Of which there were now a number. She had left a few moss hornet nests nearby, to ensure others would keep a respectful distance from them when she was not around.

She had also taken the time to explore the city further, and even some ways into the forest surrounding it. To get a feel for the land, both physically and spiritually, and to plant the seeds of proper growth and balance within them. At the same time, she planted some other seeds as well. Alalia had began to plant more World Trees throughout the city and forest, ensuring the land would flourish and be protected as best she could manage with her power. And with those connections to Terraria, she called on the aid of more harpies.

The feathered women became more and more prevalent throughout the city as the week passed, soaring about the city and roosting on buildings and trees when not watching over the World Trees or gathering together in the boughs of the God Tree. At Alalia's behest, they also began to keep an eye on those within the city as well; Relaying information or anything of interest that they might see. It was through them that the dryad became aware or more and more uniformed groups appearing throughout the city, no doubt humans gathering together in bids for power and safety. It wasn't something she was bothered to involve herself with, simply content to watch and wait.

It wasn't all peaceful, however.

Wanting to establish her presence in the minds of those now living in the city, Alalia had commandeered one of the abandoned stalls within the city's market. There was still no consistent currency, but she was no stranger to bartering. The issue came when people began to notice her, much like she had hoped. The draw of magically enhanced seeds and plants was higher here than it was back home it seemed. But, it seemed the draw of herself was stronger. It became quickly apparent that a number of her 'customers' were men, usually younger ones who were filled with overconfidence, who would spent as much time attempting to flirt with her as they did actually looking at what she had to offer. Though she did manage to... convince a few of the more over-eager into walking away with her wares.

And so that was where the dryad was currently, seated within her stall as one of her more persistent 'admirers' tried his absolute best to woo her with words and compliments she had heard countless times before over the years; Giving the young man an unimpressed stare that seemed to go right over his head. Finally, she cut him off. "Do you have anything to trade today?"

As he floundered from her interruption, Alalia took the chance to scan the surrounding area for anything or anyone of interest.

Siluca - During-Post Timeskip - Near Log Horizon Building (?)

The week after Siluca’s arrival into the Frontiers had been quite busy. While Siluca had her fair share of exercise from touring around the lands of her home world (though it had mostly been by horse or carriage), Chun-Li’s workout took some toll on her. While she tried to keep up as best as she could, learning martial arts was a very different experience from the ease at which she picked up magic.

When she was not doing that, she was mostly supervising the people settled within her area. Almost everything that could have been scavenged had been relocated and stored in more central locations. Though it was far too early for harvest, farms were being set up, and she had occasionally sent a few of the villagers to hunt in the woods, even if the crabs and other goods they found could have supplied their diets. They had been able to acquire some rabbit, deer, and fowl, but with the Fire Nation soldiers clearing parts of the forest out and the howling, it was hard to tell whether this prosperity would continue.

Furthermore, Siluca decided to mark New Log Horizon’s rough boundaries using her earth magic, leaving a few openings alongside the south and west roads and near the edge of the farm plot space. It was hardly defensible, and the existing buildings would have been better for defending against incoming attacks, but it at least defined what area Siluca and her levy was willing to defend.

The howling at night seemed almost incessant. It did not worry Siluca all that much as it might have meant there were werewolf tribes wandering about in the forest. She had organized her few hunters into a scouting expedition, both to get a better lay of the land and to see whether it was possible to make contact with these wolves or werewolves, but all they had reported were tracks. Siluca would have accompanied the expedition herself, but she had to make sure the other guardians wouldn’t try to take advantage of her absence. It seemed even in this world humans were cautious of werewolves, though even if they were just ordinary wolves, it might not have been wise to go searching at night with such a small group, unless they were combat capable like most of the guardians.

During the week, Siluca had also taken a few tours around the city. While she wasn’t sure if she had figured out everyone’s place of residence, she had at least taken time to take a look at the building the old crafting guilds used to occupy and the central guild hall. A number of new folks, many of whom seemed very similar in appearance, seemed to settle in the production building, and they all seemed very familiar with metalworking trades. A few of them seemed to be complaining about whatever conditions were imposed upon them for their stay, so considering their skills, Siluca offered them a chance to stay within her district. At the moment, she hadn’t quite found the tools necessary for smithing, but Siluca hoped at some point, and perhaps with the help of some of the Fire Nation soldiers, that she might be able to secure or make such equipment in the future. Although this city seemed strangely devoid of such equipment outside the production guild, it wouldn’t be too far a stretch to think there might be such things in villages further out.

Despite her offer, only one or two dwarves seemed to follow her, and they seemed particularly insistent that they would have good meat and drink. The former did not seem much of an issue, and the stores Siluca and her followers had gathered would satisfy them for now, but the latter would be something they would have to develop in the future. It had not been one of her initial priorities, and she wasn’t quite sure what processes went into making such things (though she caught glimpse of a few plans laid out amongst the documents she found), but establishing some kind of brewery would go a long ways into improving morale.

The strange weapons some of them seemed to carry also interested her, and when she asked one of the dwarves how they worked, it sounded similar to what a “blunderbuss” sounded like. It still didn’t seem like they could replace raw magic, but from what she heard about their use, it might be quicker for the villagers to learn how to wield these things as opposed to archery. Similarly, crossbows could be used for that purpose, and it wouldn’t rely on this nebulous “gunpowder” which seemed to be scarce.

Although Siluca did not ask the dwarves to produce equipment, they did ask if there was anywhere near where she now lived where they could set up shop. Unfortunately, this side of the city did not seem to have anything resembling a blacksmith shop, though Siluca asked whether it would be possible to build the foundations for one out here. It would take time, but after speaking with them and looking over some of the blueprints over in the office, Siluca at the very least set up plans to begin establishing a furnace and shop somewhere close to the edge of the city. Until then, they seemed content to return to their fellows working at the production guild.

With the one or two dwarves on her side, the next question was how to get iron for them to work with and establishing a system of payment. She would need the villagers’ cooperation to build that blacksmith shop, and she would also need to establish a system of taxation and service to reward the villagers for their labor and to sustain her levy. Food, drink, sustainable life, and security seemed to keep them going for now, though a more formal system would be necessary in the future.

Siluca began lightening the percentage of goods allotted to the general stockpile, letting some of the villagers keep the fruits of their labor without having to ration it, and she began doling out some of the gathered goods as extra payment for jobs the villagers that required extra labor and those that could not produce goods on their own such as guard duty.

From her tours of the city, Siluca had also noticed that some of the other guardians had set up small taverns, or what others seemed to call “restaurants.” It seemed strange to create such facilities, seeing as no one so far seemed to be just passing through the city, but they seemed to be accruing profit from what she could see. There seemed to be some leftover coinage from what remained of this city, though Siluca was reluctant to spend it on things outside of improving her own domains.

From the looks of things, some of the meals that Wendy’s sold looked remarkably similar to some of the recipes Siluca found in the Log Horizon Building, particularly the “Crescent Burger.” What time was not spent in Chun-Li’s training regime or lording over her followers Siluca used to try and understand how to cook some of these things, but she was slowly beginning to learn.

So, the week had passed. chaos (may have) mentioned the idea of a council meeting during that time, though Siluca herself did not know how well such a thing would keep order. As Siluca was wary of more than a few of the other guardians, she did not expect any sort of unity or sense of purpose to be maintained, outside of defending against the Fire Nation and other larger threats. Furthermore, Siluca herself did not want to be indefinitely subordinated to this council’s whims, and the others might stand in her way of unifying the Frontiers. Still, it was not as though she did not have a stake in this project altogether, though from what she might have gleamed about the system, groups like Majima’s Family might have a disproportionate amount of clout. Better to maintain the security of her own realm, small that it was, than to risk dissolution and destruction because of whatever policies the council might take.

That was only speculation for now, and now that she was done relaxing from today’s training regimen, Siluca took a moment to reflect on where chaos (might have) said the meeting was supposed to be. In spite of her doubts, she did intend to bring up her plans of organizing an expedition into the forest to determine where the wolves or werewolves might have made their home and why her hunters couldn’t find them, along with potential mining and future settlement sites, though she didn’t intend to mention that latter purpose to the others.

Naga - Club Paradies

"How wonderful, rules like that are necessary for keeping the riffraff out of here, ohoho!" Naga laughed at the sisters and their comments.

"On the house? Now you truly know how to treat a sorceress of my reputation. Those suggestions sound lovely, bring them too," Naga said ecstatically to the bartender. She grabbed one of the tankards and tilted it back, draining it in the blink of an eye. The speed and intensity with which she did so violated common reason, to the point where the force of gravity alone wasn't capable of explaining how it drained so fast. Whether if by magic, or by lung capacity, nobody could know for sure. But the end result was Naga double-fisting the two remaining tankards - but unlike some college student who was only in such a situation because their data ran away at the first opportunity, making a break for it when he had his back turned, Naga fully intended to chug away at them. In a moment. Juri's... distraction, had interested her. Slightly.

"Oh, is that so, you can tell by her scent? And just who is 'Chunli'?" Naga asked when Juri said she could smell Chun-Li on Aeolia. She leaned over towards the sister so that she could inhale and make her own conclusions.

"I don't know what you're talking about, I don't smell anything too distinctive on her," Naga remarked. "Just sweat and...." She took in another quick breath, her hand on her chin as a million thoughts raced through her mind all at once. "Polished brass?"

M16A1 - Fire Nation Ship

M16A1 walked down the deck of the ship, off towards where the bridge was located. She passed one of her dummies who was standing guard, then entered the room. Sure, she could have just done this with the dummy, but sometimes it seemed a little more personal to talk to someone in-person, rather than through a proxy.

So nodding to herself, she walked through the bridge towards the place where Kaga had set up her command center, and rasped her knuckles on one of the metal countertops.

"Yo Foxy, got any plans for today?" she asked.

Wendy's

The week seemed to have been rather positive for the proprietress given there was a spring in her step and a shine in her eyes. Having been under Juri's self defense courses had given her new ways to hurt ruffians (which she approved of) and being Naga's pupil had led to some more overall mixed results (she tried to filter the practical bits from the copious amounts of nonsense that the deviant dressed woman spewed).

Overall her eatery had proven to be rather fruitful in procuring the various kinds of material wealth that the populace had to offer. Raw materials that could be used to craft good food and drinks, coinage of desired metals, and items gained through double-sided bargaining. Now equipped with an ever-loaded flintlock pistol at her hip, Wendolyn seemed to be on the road to becoming a true 'boss' in all the various meanings.

"Welcome, welcome. It does an entrepreneur good to see new faces." Humming a cheery little ditty even as she used a rag to clean the various glasses so that they actually sparkled from the sheer intensity (quality in the small things was something the woman seemed to not want to skimp out on lest she lost any sort of money), Wendy gave a welcoming smile to those that entered her humble business before setting them down to lean forward. "Now then, what kind of fare can I get you all this fine day?" Feat: Random NPC people plus a few actually important named characters.

Beached Ship

"We are here." Hissing as he came to a stop, the spear-wielding Bluetail scout flicked his forked tongue at the air before gesturing at the beached bulk with his spear. It appeared to be a sail-less ship cast not from wood but of sufficiently tempered steel, a more modern set of features such as what appeared to be a turbine and a smokestack jutting forth from the deck.

"It is abandoned. Would like city people to take it so tribe can explore further on." Being rather generous in the gifting of what would be a great prize to humans, the more tribal Lizardmen instead saw the thing as an eyesore and an obstacle to the actually important resources such as hunting grounds.

Club Paradies

Pushing through the doorway while the various eccentric characters were busy mouthing off toward one another, a particularly quiet if rather tall man made his way toward the counter the bartender (who was actually Mystique) was frequenting. An air of calm worldliness seemed to emanate off the masked figure, his gaze alone as clear and limpid as a clean yet deep pool of water that beheld depths unfathomable to the human eye.

Though everything below the nose was obscured by the tight fabric of a face mask, the lines etched on his person and the silvery hair showed off the time-worn age of the stranger. "...I don't suppose you have any tequila in this bar?" The darkly clothed newcomer politely asked in a somewhat hoarse voice after he sat down on one of the stools, hands resting on lightly on thighs even as the seated character now assumed proper eye-level with the shapeshifter he was addressing.

Club Paradies

-Wulfrik enters the club, his mood not improved by the singular lack of ambiance, as defined by number of brawls and patrons being thrown out the door. Few of the refugees are of belligerent character, yet another deplorable consequence of the easy living afforded here. Why couldn't this world have been created out of ice and snow from the guts of a giant, as is proper? The dwarves here merely ape those of the true world in height and hairiness, the lizardmen are primitives that Southlander orcs would consider laughably backwards, and the only dragon in sight is a midget specimen with no teeth, its mind debased to the point of willingly acting as a boy's mount. What few beasts live on the outskirts of the city are noisy and disturbed by something: barely worth eating, let alone fighting (curiously, the badly-dressed witch with the ear-drilling laugh seems to harbor the same opinion).-

-A newcomer with a oversized sword is at the bar. Wulfrik ignores him for now, he'll probably turn out to be another of these cowards without the guts to face the Wanderer in single combat, turning on the bartender instead.-

Hiccup and Toothless - Beached Ship

"Alright then," Hiccup said, thinking the scout should have lead with it being abandoned. It was large and metal much like the former Fire Nation ship, but clearly of different design, and likely of different origin.

"Well, if it's anything like the other ship I've seen here it will take more then a few people to take control. We are having a meeting soon, so I'll just bring it up there," he did feel a bit bad for taking away what could be a useful resource from the Bluetail, but it's obvious they don't have the means of knowing how to use it, so why not give it so someone who does know how to make it useful?

Still, it could have something valuable in it, so why not investigate a bit further?

"Let's see if there's anything on board", he said getting on Toothless and letting Guzma the chance to get on, before taking a short flight on the deck and getting off to look around inside.

"Monkey?" Naga asked, perplexed. While she thought it over, she hoovered up the third tankard of mead and slammed it down on the counter.

"Oh gods, no!" She shouted, finally understanding what he meant. She pointed a thumb at Aeolia. "She's not with me."

Its yo boi, boarding the ship.

Guzma whistled upon seeing the boat. "That gal's lookin' fine," Guzma said. "Looks like a fixer upper, but what old rig don't need a good tune up once in a while, eh?"

The lizard scouts added that the ship was abandoned as they explained why did not actually want it for themselves. He then turned to Golisopod and held up a Pokeball.

"Alright, come back in," he said to the massive bug Pokemon, whom crooned in disappointed sadness. "C'mon, don't be like that," Guzma assured her and hugging her neck. "Maybe next time, a'ight?" He then summoned Golisopod back into her ball and climbed aboard Toothless. Soon, both of them were on deck.

"I've seen enough movies and played enough videogames to know that even if something looks abandoned, it might not really be abandoned," Guzma told Hiccup. "Just saying, ya know? Also, ya need a light?" The trainer then released Vikavolt, the beetle Pokemon hissing and stretching as it emerged, releasing spark of electric as it did so. "You can borrow Viakvolt if ya need it," he offered.

Not with? You?

-Wulfrik looks wordlessly at Aeolia, back to Naga, back to Aeolia and to Naga. His head falls at the idea that this muddlebrained harlot could possess power most wizards would have difficulty rivaling.-

Bartender—Clube Paradies— Playing pretend is fun

“I was there training with you? Don’t you remember? ” The bartender replied to Iona with a smile. “I thought you would know me better by now. I guess I could lie to you and say I did it because I wanted to be able to copy her better. But the truth is that I did enjoy it. ”

Suddenly the sight of a muscular man demanding drinks caught her attention. He walked looking at Wulfrik. “Ah, classically hardened warrior Your rough features tell your whole story. You have seen your fair share of wars, haven't you?

When ordered for drinks, he nodded. “Right away, Miss Naga, and Mr Wulfrik. —I must say I like the skulls in your suits,” He told both “I like to wear them myself. Not when I am working, though. People never forget you’re dangerous even if you might seem frail.”

The bartender then brought 2 barrels for Naga and one for Wulfrik. “ Be warned. It’s devil Spring Vodka. 80% alcohol. Think you can handle it?”

He smirked at Wulfrik. ”We wouldn’t like you to pass out, just because you want to impress the lady, would we ?”

When he returned to the counter he stared at the handsome silver-haired man. “No problem, Mr?...” he said as he starting to pour Tequilain a glass alongside some lemons and salt. ” What kind of place would we have if we didn’t have tequila? Mexicans do know how to make good drinks. —So, what brings an experienced handsome man such as you here? I bet someone like you must have all the ladies chasing after you, don't they?”

-Even if it was not roared out on a battlefield and accompanied by the beating of weapons against shields, an insult remains an insult. Wulfrik hoists the barrel to his mouth with no apparent effort and drains it, belching loud enough to rattle the windows.-

Devil Springs Vodka? The gelded monks of Shallya produce stronger honey than this. Give me a real drink, not this medicine for an old man with a weak heart!
