Here's how I figure we can organize the pages, which I have shown in this sandbox:
- One for Fairy Tail-related articles
- One for the guilds that fight alongside Fairy Tail
- One for antagonists
- One for everyone else
Here are a few other changes I propose:
- There should be a page covering the tropes on Fairy Tail as a whole. I've listed several already at the top of this page (the rest is not final).
- I was wondering if the "Sirius Team" format is still appropriate, or if we should rename it to "Major Fairy Tail Members" to include Mystogan without lumping him with the minor members.
- The "Official Guilds" page would be split into "Ally Guilds" and "Rival Guilds". I've already roughly formatted them.
- A page called "Other Villains" would feature links to characters on "Protagonist" or "Supporting" pages like Lyon or Jellal to acknowledge their status as temporary villains.
- The "Government" page should just focus on the Kingdom of Fiore (specifically characters who are categorized as such on the FT Wiki), seeing how there's already a separate page on the Magic Council.

I have a new idea. Or rather, an old idea that I found out how to make work. The Sirius Team format seems pretty outdated, not to mention really big. That's why I propose we use the more recent "Team B" structure: it'll include the primary participants from the Grand Magic Games (minus Jellal-as-Mystogan), plus the members who team up to bring Laxus and the Raijin Tribe back at the start of the Alvarez Empire arc. As for the others from the page, we can put guild masters like Makarov and Gildarts on the "Founders" page and distinctly label the two groups, renaming the page "Guild Masters and Founders". Of course, that still leaves Loke and Mest. I suppose they could be put under "Other Fairy Tail Members", but I kind of don't want to lump them with the largely plot-irrelevant members. Any ideas?
Posting here after a couple months of inactivity.
I'm thinking about incorporating tropes regarding its spin-offs (i.e. Fairy Girls, Fairy Tail Gaiden, etc.) to the character sheets, particularly the Fairy Tail members. And now that 100 Years Guild is coming up, I'm thinking that all spoilers for the Fairy Tail series and Fairy Tail Zero are to be unmarked.
Any suggestions?

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.About the spin-off tropes, they should follow the same "story trope vs. character trope" rule as any trope in the main series.
On another note, I've been concerned by this back-and-forth the two of us have been having about the character descriptions. We need to come to an agreement on how they should be written.
We could try to work something out for the character descriptions. I'll come up with some ideas shortly.
By the way, I've started adding quotes from the manga in the character sections before the descriptions and image captions. Since the spin-offs appear to be canon, should we add the "Appears in" section if it's absolutely necessary?

He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself. If we're to include spin-offs and movies, perhaps we should put them in order of release. But I'm on the fence about it right now, mainly because keeping track of all the appearances is a whole other thing to worry about, and it might make the whole "Spin-Off" and "Movies" page superfluous.

One thing I always keep in mind when writing examples and character descriptions is to assume whoever reads them has never heard of the series before.
Maybe we can write character descriptions like the ones with the Star Wars and MCU characters?
He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.I've been eyeing them, but I've been thinking more along the lines of Characters. My Hero Academia, Characters. One Punch Man, and Characters.Black Clover.
Meanwhile, with 100 Years Quest still ongoing, should we consider unmarking all spoilers for the Fairy Tail manga and anime as well as the films if necessary?
He/His/Him. No matter who you are, always Be Yourself.
Since Fairy Tail just concluded its run a few months ago, me and immblueversion are thinking about reorganizing the character sheets based on the protagonist/antagonist/supporting models, given that we've made an effort on this project.
Other things that need to be worked on include:
Help would be greatly appreciated.
