Given that it describes him as a shitty brother-in-law, I'm guessing that if they did bang it wasn't under the best of circumstances.

Unless, of course, he only started acting shitty after they banged.

I find it unlikely that they banged (at least until it's confirmed one way or another), if only because, as Stolas's brother-in-law, he's most likely Stella's brother. If he's as shitty as the blurb claims, he would almost certainly have rubbed her face in it pretty early on in their wedded life (and probably repeatedly since then), and Stella doesn't strike me as the kind of demon who would have kept the marriage going after that, given how she reacted after finding out about Blitzo.

Given the snowflake emoji accompanying the tweet, the ice table in the image, and what looks like snow or icicles in the background of that bit in the Season 2 trailer featuring Andrealphus, I'm willing to be he uses ice magic.

Don't know of that means Stella can use ice magic too, but she sure is frigid. [lol]

(*canned laughter*)

Agreed. You'd think things would turn out better if she chilled out a little. [lol]

I actually looked up Andrealphus in the Ars Goetia and what I found was that he's a noisy peacock with the ability to turn people into birds and can teach both astronomy and geometry in perfect form. I'm not sure where the ice thing came from.

[up] Might just be Viv's creative liberties, but it could easily be a reflection of Andrealphus's personality. Ice is beautiful but it's also cold and bitingly sharp, which lines up with Andy's apparant shittiness.

Andrealphus also teaching astronomy and geometry on top of that could also serve as a contrast to how he and Stolas conduct their craft. Stolas is more on the creative side while Andrealphus is more about the technicalities.

I'm not sure if this is the intent but wouldn't snowflakes be considered geometrically beautiful shapes therefore that's what ties Andrealphus with ice. Just spitballing here.

Anyway, better make the sacrifice and get the very obvious joke about him out the way. Best it be done sooner than later. Yes, I know it's pretty much low-hanging fruit and can be considered cringe-worthy but given what type of series this is, what with all the Phantom of the Opera references and that one Take That! against Cuties with the Mall Santa, you know this is the type of joke that was obviously bound to happen.

So please don't be salty, and just Let It Go.

I have been wondering if there's been any indication that Hazbin Hotel will come out during 2022 or if that's just an assumption everyone is making?

[up] Don't think there's anything official yet. All we know is that Viv said more Hazbin news is coming this year. That could encompass anything from the script writing being finished to all the redesigns being released to a completed score to a trailer.

If I had to make a realistic guess, we could get a teaser by the end of the year and Season 1 will be out either mid or late 2023. We also don't know how Spindlehorse is splitting time and resources between Hazbin and Season 2 of Helluva Boss which is confirmed to be more ambitious than the first season.

According to Viv, the artists working on Hazbin Hotel are finally able to announce their work.

[up] And speak of the devil (again, pun intended), here's at least a few artists announcing that they're in the crew for A24's Hazbin Hotel series.

Funnily enough, a lot of them (Ambriz, Heard, LudoDoodle, Logoblockz, Mrozek, and Neylant) seem to be veterans from Helluva Boss. Hell (pun still intended), Neylant is the head writer for Helluva Boss' second season! HH/HB crossover confirmed?

Jokes aside, yowza, this is already looking like one stacked crew, right? surprised

Tweet from Viv basically saying that Alastor's show proper design will be revealed next friday, March 18, 2022.

Took me a bit to notice the 'V' logo, which means either Vox or Velvet made that doodle, with Valentino making his own little addition.

The only differences I can make out is the white on his coat and the darker pants. It was pretty much a given that his design wouldn't be changed drastically as he was first made when Vivienne as in high school and hasn't changed much since due to how special he is for her, it's the same deal with Angel Dust. If anybody's getting more of a redesign I'd say it would be Vaggie or possibly Cherry Bomb, their looks have changed the most over the years.

Only big change seems to be the addition of some white trim where there was black, probably to add a bit of contrast to the entire show itself.

I've actually seen people point out that these reveal pictures have been coming with less time in between them. Think this trend will continue?
