I finally caught up with the series. Genya is a good boy who deserves to succeed.
Spoilers are out for 156.
Hell of a send off and a finish. Akaza lets go and rejoins Koyuki in the next world. What a hell of a fight, villain and flashback.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Anime Casts Takehito Koyasu, Aki Toyosaki as Hand Demon
The storm has now resided, the wolf now rests.Episode 4… Whew, that felt good. The artstyle choice really pays off in this ep, especially in the "Water Breath" scenes. The music is wonderful as usual. I was surprised to learn the story was set in the Taishô era, that's actually fairly recent (well, 100 years ago but still)…
Now did seriously none of the people overseeing this test in the last 47 years realize that there was a demon none of the candidates were equiped to handle?

@Lightysnake Now that Akaza is defeated, up next would be a fight against Doma and I heard from you that he's a nasty mofo. (Maybe as Gyokko or Enmu) but we'll see how Tanjirou and co. Fight against Doma and next one would be Kokushibou and then Muzan himself

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."There's still Nakime and whoever Upper Moon 5 is now.
Well... the Hand Demon is smart enough to hide and restrain himself from eating too much of the participant. Remember that he had stuck in that mountain for 47 years and only eat 50 people, that an average of 1 per year so not to raise any suspicious.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieThat is true…
Speaking of the Hand Demon, I find it hilarious that we have a villain complaining about the change of era the very week there's a change of era in Japan.
Hmmm.... Zenitsu voice deeper than i imagine. Still found his sparrow funny through.
E.T technically is a Isekai movie…I've been wondering, what's that bamboo in Nezuko's mouth for?
Presumably it's to keep her gagged and keep her teeth out of harm's way.
It's been fun.I thought that too, but it's not like she can't remove it… Or maybe she really can't…
It's also symbolic of her not harming humans.
I swear when Zenitsu first formerly showed up my first thought was “Yup this guy is gonna marry Nezuko in the end of series time-skip”.
It’s that feeling you get. He’s feels like the guy who might marry his homies sister.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Favourite moment of the most recent episode. Nezuko just kicking down the door than bothering to open it.
I get the impression that if she could talk around that gag that she'd be really blunt and sarcastic.
The 2 trope i would use to describe Zenitsu are Casanova Wannabe and Cowardly Lion.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieKn Y doesn't strike me as the series that'd do that. After all the girl that was the closest thing Tanjirou had to a love interest died alongside her mentor the the 2nd demon moon.
No it not, their fight haven't even start yet.

E.T technically is a Isekai movieI stand corrected... Jun Fukuyama will lend his voice in the anime... Except he's not going to voice Muzan. The one who voiced Muzan will be the voice actor who voiced Embyro from Cross Ange of all people!!!
Anyways, yeah. New cast includes: Toshihiko Seki, Ryouhei Kimura, Mikako Komatsu and Jun Fukuyama
@Lightysnake You'd say that Embryo is one of the worst C Ms you ever put, now you will hear him again as a voice of Muzan hehe

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."She's not dead.
I thought she got ate alongside the insect pillar?
No, she come just in time to see her master die. After that we cut to the Zenitsu fight, then Tanjirou fight.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieI'm really enjoying this work a lot.
I'm sold that I will be acquiring these. I love the humanity at display here.
Caught introduced through anime and pretty pleased in retrospect how they faithfully adapted and even improved on the story.
I'm assuming the manga is nearing its end as I just finished all available chapters.
I could have sworn the chapter after the crows announced that she was dead. Weird.
Just gonna say that I feel that I found a manga that's almost similar to Kimetsu no Yaiba: The Last Saiyuuki. And glad it had a bit of a good first impression though. Hopefully the quality won't fall apart as the time goes on.
Well, the reason why Saiyuki reminds me of Kimetsu probably because of the relationship between Ryuunosuke and Koharu that reminds me of Tanjiro and Nezuko but I could be wrong. It's a decent read and I'll probably recommend this for you guys.
And yes Lighty, this one is mine :3
