My country finally get physical copy of Kn Y for localization.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieCongrats.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."My country only import series that success in Japan. This mean smaller series never got localization. The only manga that actually never out of sell in my country are Doreamon and Conan. They did import Pokemon Adventure in the 90s through.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieSome Chapter 194 spoilers.
- Chachamaru escaped death, it is revealed it isn’t a normal cat, it is a very old cat that got tinkered on by Tamayo and Yushiro, they made it into a very durable kitty, Yushiro just “reassembles” its body, the cat is back to normal.
- Himejima is confirmed to be in a severe condition, he has lost much blood and really has lost his leg, he can’t fight anymore; Obanai is the one who gets up and tries to join Tanjiro, he bails Tanjiro out of Muzan’s attack, he faltered for a second by trying to access the See-Through World but overexerted his body too much, Obanai’s gets sliced clean with an enormous claw patterns across his face, he is now blinded, but still pushes through, his pet snake becomes his guide, the way it vibrates through his neck tells Obanai where to go.
- Tanjiro and Obanai work together, launching a combo attack against Muzan, Tanjiro states that Muzan still has still has small scars from where Yoriichi damaged him so long ago, as he saw through him, they have to use those scars as pointers to defeat Muzan, as they somehow still left Muzan in a vulnerable spot.
The voting for the 2nd Popularity Poll will last till March 31th, here's a little guide on how to vote for anyone that commited to a character of their liking.
I was re-reading the manga again, and there was something about Kanao vs doma that I really liked but couldn't exactly put in words, that is, before i found this comment:
Normaly wounds of demons regenerate quite fast...so Kanao gave him an emotional wound he can't heal!

Cowboys vs SamuraiHuh, this is fun: Inosuke has been adopted as a symbol in Chile.
Good job, pig man!
Yes, I know this new is sort of old, but I only heard of it just now.
Chilean here, less that he's a specific symbol and more that there's a shitload of weebs here and a lot of memes about the social unrest, so there's quite a few intersecting memes. That said, some of those are pretty damn funny. The one with him being carted into a police car goes:
Guy 1: They're taking the pig, dude! Record it, record it! Bro say your name out loud
Inosuke: Inosuke Hashibira!
Inosuke: (small print) LET ME GO MOTHERFUCKERS!!
Guy 2: (small print) dude let him go he wasn't doing anything!!
Guy 2: Cool but what's up with your name, how do you write that shit
Inosuke: I dunno man, I can't write :c

Dopants: He meant what he said and he said what he meant, a Ninety is faithful 100%.All caught up! I wonder if we really are almost at the end. Reminder that the Overarching Villain isn't always necessarily the last one, ie. Frieza, Aizen, Zeno.

The story is revolve around Muzan, it wouldn't wasted all the sacrifice of the characters if there someone appeal and replace Muzan
E.T technically is a Isekai movieIt’s weird. Considering how successful this property is now, I don’t think they’ll just let it end when the money train is recently started rolling in.
I’m not sure what they’ll do. They might make this into an extended franchise but I’m not sure how that will work aside from giving the Pillars gaiden spin-off mangas.

"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."If the author want then the work would end. Just look at Assassin Classroom.
E.T technically is a Isekai moviex2 Could always make a variation set somewhere else with different monsters.
I mean other Blue Lilies must exist somewhere.
I mean didn't Tite Kubo do something similar, with a Western branch of the Shinigami?
Yeah he did but that was a one-shot that came years after Bleach & there’s no indication that it will be majorly followed up on.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Come to think of it, I don't think we've ever gotten an explanation on why Muzan is so special, have we?
I guess the potential is there to say, oh, Muzan is but one of the I dunno, thirteen great demons spread across the world. Now Tanjiro and Co. must go slay them all.
If the author has a gameplan and is going to execute that gameplan to create a complete story, I think they can convince the editorial dept it's best for the work and the magazine to let the series end and for the author to work on something new.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."It was explained that a doctor in the Heian era trying to cure Muzan with an incomplete medicine. Muzan got angry because he thinks it didn't work so he kill the doctor, leaving the medicine incomplete and leave him in this state.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieYeah, it's basically a Captain America situation, where they kinda stumbled upon the secret to creating super powers but then the knowledge was like instantly lost. Muzan is a one of a kind villain that has no equals.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Didn't the doctor talk about turning him into a demon specifically or am I misremembering. But at least the impression I got was that Muzan wasn't the first one.
Muzan basically a trial run, even the doctor didn't know how thing will turn out. He basically said that Muzan won't live past 30 but Muzan kill him before he could finish his words. All Muzan could salvage is his note about the medicine ingredient.

E.T technically is a Isekai movieSo, kimetsu no yaiba stage adaptation has been announced. Probably just a matter of time before game, spin off, live action movie, etc. to be announced.
Oh blimey, another fighting game.
I wish Shounen Jump game adaptations were a bit more creative.
I mean Kn Y could easily become a good Yakuza-style sandbox or a Furi game were there are only boss fights.
The pressure could be bigger on a greenhorn mangaka if editorial interference were to happen.
Still, I'm on the camp of maintaining integrity, prolonging a series always carries the risk of damaging its quality.
Rather than milking the story far past it's natural conclusion, a spin off focusing on other characters like Giyuu gaiden will be better I feel.
Or just make the highschool ah, where none of my faves have to die or be maimed
I absolutely cannot help but adore handsome 2D boysIt's definitely been quite a ride. I've sampled several "new" shonen in recent years and none of them have really hit the sweet spot cliche. Only thing I'd say I dislike is the inclusion of the whole "people who actually work for their skills are still nothing compared to a 'natural genius' " cliche. I wonder why Japan loves that trope so much?
It's funny how Jump's editorial made a guide about all possible 110 characters within Kimetsu that fans could vote for the 2nd official popularity poll, even something as a ridiculous as "The Infinite Train Driver", but they are still allowing "mistaken votes" to count, the situation where characters from other series and "Akaza's pants" is fair game.
