Third GI Joe movie coming

Long story.

As is often the case, he hated Snake Eyes, so decided to poison him while the latter was having tea with their sensei. But before the Tea got to them, the person serving it spilled it and mixed up the drinks by accident, so the master ended up drinking the poisoned tea. Snake Eyes tried to save their master using by (I don't know the name of the technique) cutting a hole in his neck and using a bamboo shoot to drain out the poison, but then Storm Shadow came in, thought Snake Eyes was trying to kill the master (and failing to consider that maybe their master was poisoned) and threw a shuriken at him, slashing Snake Eyes' neck and making him mute while also (unintentionally) ensuring that the latter wouldn't be able to explain his side of the story. Snake Eyes was force to run, and the master died.

Storm Shadow spent years not realizing the truth, until Jynx explained years later what Snake Eyes was trying to do back then (drain out poison) which caused him to immediately put two and two together and realize he killed the master. He just hated Snake Eyes so much it clearly never dawned on him until he was slapped in the face with the proof.

But yeah, that's the story of how Renegades Storm Shadow murdered the wrong person so effectively, he didn't even realize he'd done it.

I'm sure this has been covered elsewhere in the thread, but trailers I've seen for this film are showing Snake-Eyes's face and having him talk. What's next, telling us his real name? However good this movie is, is doesn't feature any Snake-Eyes that I'm familiar with.

Snake Eyes debuted this weekend at $13.3 million.
