Danger room.
Awkwardly fumbling the catch with a weak salute and quick response of "Thanks bud, much appreciated"; Danny pulled his mask down off of his face and dumped roughly half of the bottle of water over his head before drinking the other half.
Tossing the bottle aside carelessly, Danny would reach into one of the dozens of pockets dotting his costume, pull out an energy bar and quickly scarf it down before falling onto his back and tossing an arm over his eyes. Assuming Bayard was still nearby, an exhausted Daniel would mutter "Good fighting out there bud, lovin' the flashy moves"

"Flashy? I wouldn't be too sure about that," Bayard did smile at Daniel's compliment. He twisted the cap off and took a deep draught. "Good to be working with you again. Heard you been getting offers everywhere, especially from Wreckpro in Japan." He referred to the All-Gifted pro-wrestling outfit, who had been formed by students and journeymen from promotions all over the country.
"Good work kids—hurgh!" Alicia maintained continuous momentum as she bounded towards Soma and Momorin, then transformed back down into a human form. She'd practiced this for years, and the upswing of claws turned into an upright walk mid-stride. Alicia had the math down great, and came to a stop in front of them perfectly upright; her costume was shredded, but this was the fifth revision on a long-running solution to the problem, so now she was just rocking a sort of armored one-piece with cool tassels for the arms and legs now. She wasn't going to take her helmet off just yet though. Alicia was still pissed at this bullshit. 45 minutes?! This had to be some kind of play. She wasn't going to keep this to herself though.
"You think they're playing us or something, giving us such a sharp timer?" She asked her two coworkers. "They shunt us into a practice fight then immediately want us making brand decisions. The brand is strong, but still."

Chuckling from his supine possition, Danny responded "Man, I was considering it, but I don't think I'd mesh well with them, I get gassed way too easily and some of those guys and gals can go at it for freaking hours on end, plus the language barrier might be a bit of a problem."
Sitting back up and leaning against the nearest wall, Danny added "No, I think I'm gonna stay in NHC, it's home and I just don't feel right leaving it. Might swing out on occasion to help out in other cities, but I doubt I'd leave permanently."

Gamble let his stance relax as he peeled his domino mask off his face. The room had been uncomfortably hot and he felt slight char upon his face. He wandered over to where refreshments were being set for the new batch and grabbed himself two bottles of water.
"Dan, catch!" To where Crackdown was standing, one of those bottles were airborne towards him. Bayard then found himself a comfortable place by the wall to rest.
