Many tropers misuse this trope to add any characters who would preferably fall under the Impossible Hourglass Figure trope. There are a lot of legit examples, but the bad examples overshadow the good ones. I tried cleaning it up myself, but it's too out of control to do so.
I thought that Hartman Hips only applied to characters with really small shoulder, but hips wider than the shoulders. Not just any character with huge hips.
