He was a telemarketer who fled France once French Zero took over, because he apparently took a bullet and glitched in Korea, and tried to purge everyone in marketing and advertising to "clear out useless population" or some shuch, because he's gone insane. Anyway, Jacques is also my contact in the French Resistance. And don't worry about an arc where we attack France, because it's waaaay too heavily defended now. French Zero is more of a Greater-Scope Villain who we can never compete with than a Big Bad now."
