[up][up][up][up] He's a Saber that's not a Saberface. As far as I'm concerned, that makes him one of the better servants.

Series is trash now, peace.

[up][up][up] I thought Nero was the original Saberclone?

Well she is an actual clone.

She is the most justified Saber-Face.

Siegfried is boring anyway, honestly, if FGO is anything to go.

His design is pretty sweet though. Especially his righteous locks.

First episode was okay, but mostly just setup. I'll mainly be sticking for this for Sisigou and Moardread hype and Team Jackass shenanigans.

I'm like "Awww shit Achilles is in this?" & now I'm "Holy fuck this shit's gonna awesome."

[up] Yeah boy does Siegfried look cool. Dude has a sweet-ass design.

And yes, Sigfried's design is pretty damn baller.

I wonder if all Fate Adaptations are going to follow these similar formats from now on; first episode is exposition and then the summoning happens at the end, usually with a Saber.

At least it's not an hour long like Ufo's adaptations.

But yea, not much to say atm. Opening fight was pretty badass though, Sabers always get the best fights it seems. I know a bit of Apoc from secondary information, but I never cared enough to read the novel translations, so I'm interested in seeing how things play out.

Yeah, that's how it normally starts. UBW was actually kind of atypical, because it has a fight scene near the end rather than being full exposition.

Wow, the subs are awful. Next time I'll just watch the raw.

Fran is grouchy. They really need to work on her bond level.

I hope they get back to Jack's summoning and Jeanne's departure from France. The former is pretty important and the latter pretty funny.

Yeah, the subs for this particular episode were awful with what I watched them on.

But I guess next week we'll be seeing Karna vs Siegfried, which ought to be pretty good. Hopefully it's a grand spectacle.

Watch UTW subs not the rush-job of some anons.

Fun episode, I like that they are taking a "show don't tell approach" for this, makes things flow better, even if some details might be lost.

Mordred and Sisigo are the best part of the episode of course, they are playing of each other amazingly. I find it surprising that Frankenstein was my second favorite part. Her growling is hilarious.

They used Mordred clothes from FGO, nice.

Man, Mordred fight was fucking awesome. Really shows how strong she is. I especially loved when she dodged one of the attacks by moving her upper body slightly back. It was great.

Yeah, this episode lives up to my expectations.

I love how she took down most of those golems bare-handed, and at least one without her armor. I can't wait for next episode though, I just realized that with Spartacus on his way to Trifas that Atalanta and Achilles can't be too far behind, which means they'll be going up against Siegfried and Chiron (I think, I forget who fights them there).

A fun fact mentioned in the novel - each of those Golems was actually as strong as a low level Servant, and Mordred still crushed them with easy.

FGO won me over on Fran already. Apo's job is to make me like Astolfo. I did appreciate his boredom with Celenike trying to dom him but I already knew about that.

I didn't need to be won over on Mordred, though. 'Artoria who actually gets to show off and isn't stoic' was basically enough for me as soon as I heard of her concept. Watching her break things is why I am here to begin with.

I think the funniest part of that episode was Astolfo going "Bored now" and just breaking out of his bondage gear with no effort...then saying "I'm gonna go into town, bai :D"

They used Mordred clothes from FGO, nice.
Am I misremembering, or in the original did she think the civilian clothes her Master provided were weird? I guess with her wearing the FGO outfit here (which is modelled on said clothes) that would seem out of place. Also she didn't volunteer her identity, and Shishigou had to ask if he'd guessed right.

Unrelatedly, Kuuga-style transformation scenes are always nice.

Man, Mordred and her Master are a riot. Probably my favorite Master/Servant pair in the series so far.

....I hope the Black faction don't stay boring for too long. I didn't read too many LN spoilers for the sake of this

Yeah, Dred and Kairi are awesome. Really a refreshing change of pace from Saber and her masters. Really love how she fights too.

Aside from Dred, Jack, and Caster have already endeared me to them with their first scenes alone. Vlad looks pretty fucking awesome too. I find it funny that another show with Vlad Tepes is airing in the same season as a Castlevania adaptation.

Siegfried and Karna hype next episode?

I loved Mo-chan expression. It was like wag wag praise me master. Myukichi does awesome job here as well

Let's be honest Arthuria could avoid whole that bad blood if she just praised her once or twice and maybe found bit time play bit of baseball with her or something.
