Dragon Ball FighterZ

If I were to make a moveset for Arale, she'd probably be a rushdown character with some elements of zoner. A lot of her combos would probably start or end with he charging towards the opponent, either by running, headbutting, dropkicking and so on. She could also use the Gatchans to extend her combos if needed, maybe even use them to hold down the opponent for a grab.

Her specials could be a Poop Toss, a Fruit Cannon and Gatchan's Antennae Beam. Her level 1 super could be the N'cha Cannon, and with an extra charge input it could become a level 3 x100 N'Cha Cannon. Her level 3 would be a combo of her Pro-Wrestling ultimate from Tenkaichi and her Earth Splitter ultimate from J-Stars, probably call it Earth Splitting Wrestling.

I guess the link between Cooler and 17 is that they either become or are robots.

Cooler is Frieza's Big Brother

17 is 18's Twin Brother

both are characters that star in shitty dragon ball media but have huge followings for no discernible reason

They're probably talking about Super's Tournament of Power, where 17's the MVP.

Super Android 17 from GT is also extremely popular, a popularity which may or may not have fed into how he was portrayed in Super.

I mean 17 won but he was not the MVP. Pretty much all he did at the end was fight Jiren for a bit before backing off and staying out of Goku's and Frieza's way.

I always thought Super 17 was the least popular main GT villain since Baby and the Shadow Dragons have some intrigue to them while Super 17's plot is pretty much Fusion Reborn, but worse.

Ok, a sibling themed pack makes sense. Poor Raditz tho.

So for a hypothetical Season 2, who would you group together? Besides obvious pairings like Gogeta/Janemba or Android 19/Android 20

I can think of a few pairs:

• Kid Goku/Roshi (Student/Master)
• Videl/Pan (Mother/Daughter)
• Shallot/Cumber (Ancient Saiyans)
• Towa/Dabura (Sister/Brother)
• Mira/Fu (Father/Son)
• Demigra/Ozotto (Non-Majin Majin)
• Beat/Pinich (Powerful Kid Saiyans)
• SS4 Gogeta/Omega Shenron (GT Endgame)
• Dyspo/Katopesla (Speedy Heroes)
• Jiren/Toppo (Comrades)

I can think of three pairs: Yajirobe/Tapion (Swordsmen), Hercule/Pilaf (Jokes), and Pan/Kale (Saiyan women).

Is Caulifla/Kale too obvious?

Super 17 and Omega Shenron tend to get the most exposure, yeah. Those two are the only characters who get into every game or bit of media that features GT characters, were heavily used in ads and such at the time, etc.

Baby tends to be the least popular, or at least gets the least amount of exposure by quite a bit.

The Tuffles get no respect.

I'm pretty sure the pattern for the DLC is just one hero and one villain with 17 and Cooler getting paired because that's just how it ended up.

Huh yeah. Both Super 17 and Omega Shenron were in Dragonball Xenoverse's base roster, while Baby didn't get in until DLC for Xenoverse "2". Eis and Nuova Shenron got in before Baby did.

It's too bad, Baby was a somewhat interesting character. But I guess his most famous "golden giant ape" form isn't the easiest to put in every game, and the more human-sized form aren't nearly as popular.

I think it's unfair because "Super Baby Vegeta" is the perfect description for Vegeta's character in general.

I still think this take on Baby-Vegeta is more interesting than what we got...

Thank goodness. 17 has the Anilaza punch as a super.

Oh, man. I am really going to like 17. I wasn't expecting to, and it's going to get awkward because 18 is my top used character whenever I play, but hot damn. Rekkas. Stances. Mixups.

So is his assist just 18's but better?

That was my first thought, too. But 18's does last longer (I think), so it's more useful as an anti-zoning tool. Not that anti-zoning is the biggest thing in this game (this game heavily believes that a good offense is the only defense).

However, 17's assist also doesn't seem to do the thing that's the most advantageous about 18's: build super when it absorbs attacks. It'll block them, but you won't... say... gain two bars of super by baiting Vegeta's special move like you can with 18.

So i was wondering, can Fighterz make a huge character like the Oozarus or Hirudegarn work? Or are they way too big?

Just wondering. In any case, Broly might as well the biggest possible dude in the game.
