Persona 5 ALT: The RP

"Carbomb." Jessie said, eyes wide and teeth grinding. "What are you even helping us for though man? You're part of the problem. Sommers isn't even the worst of it, it's administration and shit. For all we know he comes from a bad household and it's his parents that are to blame." She crossed her arms. This was all some play and she wasn't having it. "Whatever, I'm gone. Later, nerds. Catch me doxxing him and putting the details on Voat tonight."

Jessie turned and left, headed for home. She didn't know anyone here and she didn't give much of a shit for any of them.

DETENTION

Crystal grabbed Grigori, "What is going on?" She said, her voice dropping to a low growl, "What is going on with Ian Sommers?"

She refused to hear rumors, but that even the amiable vice principal referred to it? She needed to know.

"Whoa whoa whoa. Hold up!" Roger said to Jessie, and also anyone else nearby. "We also all got this app at the same time. I don't think it's a coincidence. It has to be destiny!" He took out his phone, dragging the app from the recycle bin. "Also, I want to know what's up with this Ian guy. What do you say we all go to Burger King and share information? I actually have a recording you guys might be interested in anyways." He said. Also, they were giving out Devil Summoner cards with kid's meals.

Detention

Grigori looked at the tomboyish girl, seemingly ignorant of the rumors about Ian. He felt concerned for her in case he tried to make a "wife" out of her and he can't just blatantly state it for she would never believe him. He sighed and replied softly, "You heard about the rumors about Sommers? I was suspicious about them myself, no way the star football player would degrade himself to this little... indulgence, right? I tailed him after practice when all his partners went home, wanting to see it for myself and I saw a few cheerleaders do a little "dance" for him as he had a few beers and the sleaziest grin imaginable. I didn't record it myself because I felt like he would have noticed, but I saw it with my eyes."

He sighed again as he looked to the card-loving kid, "I'm curious about the app and video myself. Got any room for me?" He made his way to the door, looking back at Crystal, "You can come along to learn more, but if you don't want to believe us, then you don't have to. But, I'd think about it if I were you."

Detention

David waved a dismissive hand in response to the Exchange Student's words. "A scandal? Relax, shit like that's forgotten in a week, or once something else hits the news. People don't really care about much unless it involves dead bodies." He drawled.

Jessie's parting words drifted into his ear, and he idly gave her the finger in reply. However, David's attention was focused on Crystal suddenly grabbing Grigori by his shirt. "Fine, I'll explain to ya both. " He answered the angry girl. "Short version is Ian Sommers is a fuckin' lecher who pervs on the Cheerleaders. It isn't so much a rumour, more like a truth that teachers and most of the popular kids willingly ignore."

"Sure, I'll join you guys." David replied to Rodger's offer. "I got no dinner plans anyway."

Detention

She had only been at the school for two weeks at the most. Crystal shoved the guy back and turned to listen to the other, her mouth a thin line. She actually wanted to catch Ian's attention, to get him to notice her. He seemed so nice...

Crystal raised an eyebrow. "If this is true and the fucking principal knows about it, why hasn't he done anything?" Even when.the bullying got so bad she had to leave her school, the principal at least tried to help. She squatted down, emptying her fanny pack; four boxes of cigarettes, rubber bands, matchboxes, phone, wallet and three lighters. She nodded, "I'm coming with you." She turned to Lucas "What about you Hero?" She asked as she put her things away.

Post-Detention

"Sorry, Sensei." Katie scratched the back of her head with a silly grin. "It's hard to do discreet and subtle when you're putting Sommers' yesmen into trashbins." Not like he didn't deserve it. As if the tension at school wasn't high enough with the rumors and the "prince" playing around as he saw fit.

Plus, given that he had his designs on a particular girl dear to her, the feud was personal as far as she knew. "Anyway, I'm pretty sure this is some dumb prank one of Sommers' toadies put up to menace us some more." Katie shrugged, deleting the app after it proved unresponsive. "Wouldn't put much thought into it, Roger. So sorry, but I gotta pass on the outing. There's someone waiting for me." She beamed and picked up her bag before giving everybody a small nod, a slightly deeper one to the VP and leaving.

Rachel was making dinner tonight, and she wouldn't want to miss it.

"Whaaat. We can't be having that!" Roger said. He was suddenly glad he's beaten up that Ian guy. He pointed at the poster. "So it's this dude." He turned to Crystal, who was manhandling Grigori. "The principal is in on it too. He told me not to go looking where I'm not supposed to. I bet this is what he was talking about." He said. He watched as Crystal emptied her fanny pack. Most of the things she had weren't allowed at school. He could respect that. "I recorded the whole thing. We'll listen at Burger King.

Home of the Whopper

"...at least try to bring glory to this austere academy." The recording on Roger's phone said. Roger had gotten a cheeseburger, fries, and bought a toy. It was Devil Summoner Merch.

"What kind of monster reduces a man's beyblade to subatomic particles?" He asked, dumping the remains of his beyblade on the table. "The same kind that would let this Ian guy go around perving on ladies, that's who."

"The answer is simple. We need...To kill Ian Sommers." Roger said. He took out his phone. "What's with this app, though? It's really weird." He said. He tried tapping it to turn it on. He looked over at David. "You have it on your phone, right? Try tapping it."

...Shit. As much as this bothered Lucas, the vice principal and that other guy had a point. Ian obviously had a lot of influence here, and if he confronted him without evidence or some other advantage... well, unwitting dress code violations would be the least of his problems. He had once again let his emotions get the better of him.

"...Sorry, " he answered stoically, sitting down as the other students explained what was going on. It wasn't like he was in a rush or anything to begin with: Marianne was working late tonight, and he knew his sister was hanging out with her friends, not in trouble for once. He'd be going home to an empty house tonight.

He was surprised when one of the girls — the one asking about what Ian did — asked about what he was going to do. "Might as well tag along," he responded, putting away his stuff into his backpack.

Food of Thrones - Burger King

Grigori watched the video of Principal Harkonan smash a toy to pieces in an act of pettiness. He thought in response to Roger's question, The same kind of guy who would tear apart good poetry and make thinly veiled insults about one's nationality? It was quite clear that not a lot of people in the school held the principal in high regard, at least to those in detention. Then, he heard Roger's proposal to kill the perverted jock and replied, "Hell no. I'm all for reducing his nuts to a paste, but an attempt on his life is a no-go."

Burger King

Martin had tagged along, mostly due to a lack of plans for the night. "K Illing him... oh but that assumes that's the worse we could do to him, he clearly needs to be punished though... What we really need is to take all his indiscretions, all his sins, and put them in center stage, at the very front, make the townsmen and women boo him out of the town!" Thought Martin out loud giving his opinion on how to deal with Mr Sommers. Pulled out his own phone when asked of the app "you mean this? I tapped on it all the way here, it does nothing I tell you!" he notes.

However as they sit there, and Ian's name is mentioned time and again, suddenly the App speaks to those present "Identification accepted; Ian Sommers. Please Input Keyword".

Detention

David sneered. "Not just the principal, some of the teachers as well." He added. "As far as they are concerned, Ian can do no wrong...even if he's straight up gropin' a rookie cheerleader in the middle of the cafeteria during lunch." The last word almost came out as a snarl. "Bastard's lucky I only broke his nose..."

Burger King

David watched Rodger's video with scowl on his face, though he gave an scoff at the principal calling him a delinquent. "Yeah, like he's any better than me..." the fighter mumbled. He looked midly troubled on the whole "killing" matter, but gave an approving grin at Martin's suggestion.

David nodded and pulled out his phone when Rodger asked him about the app. "Huh? Yeah. I tried that, but nothing ha-" he was cut short when the app suddenly spoke "...that's new." He muttered as he stared at his phone. Keyword? What the hell is with this app?

BURGER KING

Crystal had a slightly alarmed look on her face, "But no one fought back? That's just as bad!" She pointed out, sipping a chocolate milkshake, "Besides, if it's an open secret, just having it as an open secret will make having him confess it sort of useless-it will give him a target too." She was wrapping a rubber band around five matches and a long cigarette in the middle in the middle, anyone who watched a crime show would know that she was making an arsonist's fuse.

She opened her mouth to say more and paused, seeing her phone. She shrugged and punched it a series of letters-just whatever felt right, leaving her fuse on the table.

"You thought I was serious?" Roger chuckled. "Noooo. I mean, we'd get arrested. Obviously." He said, taking a sip of his soda. He listened to Marvin give his litany. "Yeah, what he said!" Roger had no understood a word of it, but it sounded pretty good. But Crystal had a point, too.

"If nobody is going to do anything, we have to take it into our hands. We have to murd-" Then the phone said Ian's name. "Oh damn." He said, looking at the phone. "I bet it's some kind of password. What do we know about Ian...?" He wondered aloud.

"Oh, right. He's a soccer player. Try putting in soccer." He said to David.

BK

David gave Rodger an odd look. "Soccer? No, he plays football." He said, phone still held near his face. "American Football."

Burger King

The phone had said Ian's name out loud and asked for a keyword, which surprised Grigori. He asked, "Did one of you steal his phone? Rhetorical question, I know." He heard the suggestions of the keyword, one of which being soccer, Why the hell does this country call it football if you mostly carry it with your hands? I could think of better names than that.

Still, the fact that the phone just outright said it made him think about that app from earlier. He pulled out his own phone and pressed on the "eye" again.

"We're going to need to figure out who to talk to, though," Lucas responded to the others, biting into a chicken tender and swallowing before continuing. "There's got to be someone in this town who isn't blindly obsessed with the Ian and his family."

Upon the app asking for a password, though, everyone ended up in a tizzy trying to figure out a password. Luke tried to pitch in some password ideas too. "His birthdate might be another viable password. As would 'qwerty' and '123456' — a lot of people apparently still use those."

I'm not joking.

"Keyword Not Accepted."

It seemed Ian's favorite sport was not what it was...

Burgers

Crystal used a rubber band to tie back her dark green hair. "Alright, none I tried work." She sighed before pointing at Lucas, "Blue-try those. I'm going to check Sommer's fetish." She cracked her neck and typed in the word CHEERLEADERS

As she waited for it to long in, she thought for a moment. "Is this supposed to be his account, or is about him?"

Grigori stared at the screen phone, "Perhaps it's his nickname. He always loved being called a prince." He looked at the phone and typed down PRINCE. He hoped Ian's egotism would prove to be his undoing.

"My name's not Blue," Lucas retorted as he attempted to reinstall the app and tested out potential passwords. "And I don't think we'd need a password if it were just about him. Speaking of which, does anyone remember his birth date?"

At that, however, the Navigator said something different, "Identification Accepted. Total Information - Ian Sommers; Prince."

"Keyword Required."

Crystal had an odd look on her face. "I...I'm sorry Lucas." She said before looking at the phone. "Did it...No. No it didn't."

She sighed, taking Grigori's phone. "Cheerleader, lusty, sex, secret, abuser, bully, fake..." She looked at the others. "What's his role on the team? Captain?"
