Black Knight approaches one of the arena walls.

Black Knight:   So, have you memorized the combat styles of the fighters like I ordered?   

The surface of the wall contorts itself into a Shiny Ditto and turns towards Black Knight.

??? Yep. All 64 of them.

Black Knight:   Good. Now let's head back to Camelot.   

"… I'm sorry." I gently pet Dana's head. (I don't want to hurt you guys…)

Yeah, we should. Don't want to even be near this place anymore.

(I say.)

Somemon silently jumps down from the checkpoints wall.They still carry the same slight grin on their face as they had during watching the fight.

".. Be sorry and all, but don't dwell on it forever." She doesn't seem to dislike being petted.

"… Oh, shit, is this weird? S-Sorry…" I pull my hand back and look away in embarrassment.

*Jani thinks she sees something out of the corner of her eye, but in her battered state she doesn't really trust her own faculties at this point, and doesn't really make much of it*

".. No, it's fine. If it makes you feel better."

"Yeah, but I don't want to do…" I go quiet and just stare at the ground.

(I lead the party back down the hill that we climbed to even get here. I see a slight split in the road.)

I guess we follow along one of these paths?

(The trio and I follow on and arrive at the fork.)

Should we go left? (I ask.)

. *as the party heads out of Hoard, they might notice a line of Pidgeys and their evos heading toward a separate entrance...out of place among them, however, is a Farfetch'd...who is carrying a smaller number of packages with her...clearly involved with some sort of expedited courier service*

*noticing Jani and her cart, the Farfetch'd scrambles to dig through her notes, then asks*

S...S'cuse me, miss...miss? *Jani doesn't respond, not really expecting or interested in any sort of solicitation*

Miss...the Diglett with the cart...would you happen to be Jenny? *that gets Jani's attention* It's Jani...who are you?

*the Farfetch'd pendulates her stick nervously as she states* M-Mixy...I mean...sorry, I mean I'm a courier. I have a package here for...Heave? No, that's not... *which Jani interrupts with* Hevea?? That's definitely for me! Please...

*Mixy flies over and perches on the front of Jani's cart, if she herself weren't inside, it'd likely tip over* Right...sign here... *she extends a pad to Jani, which she uses dirt-tendrils and a pencil to sign...in her weakened state, it barely qualifies as a signature*

*handing Jani her package, Mixy explains herself further* Thanks...Hevea also uh... *she gets out her notes once more, then recites* ...he told me to tell you that he'll be using my courier service from here on out...after receiving your last letter, he wanted to make sure someone would be there every step of the way. Certified mail, never leaves my sight...

But...uh, he said you'd be in Hoard for a few more days. Change of plans? *she asks, to which Jani responds* Yeah, I'm not sure where we're headed next. Anything I need to... *without fail, Mixy takes out a card from underneath her wing and hands it to Jani* Here's all you need. miss! It's the name and nearby locations of our service. We're in most major towns, so let our offices know where you plan on staying and we'll get that info out to your boss in no time.

*Jani grumbles, then mutters* Equal partners, not my boss... *then her demeanor improves as she states* ...but thanks, I'll be sure to keep it handy.

*Mixy salutes the party with her stick, before stating* Glad to be of service, miss! Have a safe trip! *and heads back to the line, still having a few other packages to deliver*

"What your companion feels is natural and in fact good. Never forget that feeling.", the unknown Pokemon states as it arrives in front of the others. It is clear now that is is a Mienfoo.

"I am called Sho. Pleased to make your acquaintance."

(Benji, as usual, reflexively shifts into a double of Sho.)

Sorry... (Benji says, turning back into his default Swampert form.) Whew...feels good to finally be a Swampert again...

As the party exits Hoard, they might notice an alolan Raichu and two electrikes struggling to keep up with them, due to the heavy load they're carrying. As they stop to consider where to go, the Raichu speaks up to try and get their attention.

Hey! Y'all were so ready ta leave ya never gave me a chance ta congratulate y'all. I've got some food an' medical supplies here, but fer payment I'm 'fraid we'll have ta go ta a guild setup in one a the towns. Up ta y'all where ya want ta go, but from the looks of it, y'all could use a day or three ta relax. I hope y'all don't mind if'n I tag along fer a bit, too. I could use a bit of a relaxin' trip myself...

As he speaks the Electrikes catch up, and start unloading what they've been carrying, revealing a package of bandages and assorted berries, as well as bedrolls enough for the entire group to camp out if necessary.

At The Inn (~ 1 hour earlier)

Mila doesn't notice the rest of the group leaving, having started to focus on the necklace Finley bought for her just the day earlier. What would Finley think about her now? She didn't want to get rid of it, of course, but just looking at it made her realize just how poorly she'd acted to Finley recently. Her thoughts are only interrupted when she hears Finley burst back into the inn, calling for her.

"Huh? Did I miss something?"

I think left is where we haven't been...I'm kind of tired of this VA crap to be hon... *Jani says to Marlon and Goobert, only to be interrupted by the Meinfoo*

"Woah!" Finley looks over the sudden supplies in front of them.

"Jeez, Koss. You really have no idea what we went through but you slammed the nail on the head about a break..." She at least looks pleased about this, but realizes that she's still holding Mila and sets her down.

"... Sorry about that."

"You know, Dana…" I say in a low enough voice so that only she can hear me. "Maybe this isn't so bad. Having killed someone, I mean."

The Mienfoos face slowly distorts."I was supposed to help you. A-damn it."

You saw what happened in there?

(I ask the Mienfoo.)

Sorry... *Jani looks awkwardly to the Meinfoo, then turns to greet Koss* ...oh hey, nice to see you again! *she gets off her cart and just glances at the supplies, for some reason restraining herself for digging in* So this is really all for us?

An hour earlier

"MILA!" She shouts running to their room.

"We're leaving Hoard! Come on!" Finley looks incredibly panicked over this. "We almost got left behind, we gotta go now!"

Yeah! Thanks! (Marsha says after Finley, grabbing a handful of supplies.)
