ITT: We Have All Become Pokémon

Silently, Sedmi teleports into the back of the group, staying out of sight and keeping quiet as they all run to the mansion. It was one way of getting them to actually head to the mansion...

"Hmm..."

Finley walks over to Nyquil, and holds out his hand.

"Need some help?"

"Medical help, probably…" he grumbled.

"Huh... WAIT!"

Finley reaches into his bag, and pulls out an Oran berry. "Here, eat this."

"Only one way to find out."

"... Berry. Eat the berry."

"...wait, Niles. I think I may have something."

[I hold up the seed from Bel tied in its pink ribbon.]

"This was meant for me in case I got sick again, but if you're really feeling so loopy, then you honestly need it more than I do."

"Wait, wait." Finley puts the berry away. "Doesn't PJ have a move for this?"

That's what I just alluded to. PJ has Pollen Puff.

"...okay, all three of us are offering three different things to help Niles out."

[Plus I get the feeling we'll be needing this seed for something more...extreme. I dunno, after carrying it around for about half a day, I wouldn't be keen in giving this up so easily.]

"Almost there... almost— gah, who am I kidding. I'm getting nowhere."

"Maybe I can..."

> Oz lays on his head, and then uses his tentacles to propel himself, like a wheel lined with suction cups.

"Whoa, hey, it works! Hahah!"

*I push Eliot's seed aside.*

"That's for status conditions, Niles just has a headache. Anyways, I do indeed have a technique for such an occasion! Let me just try to figure out how to do it..."

*I think for a moment about where I'd go about gathering the pollen to create a Pollen Puff before realizing that we're in an area teeming with flora. I dart off to go grab some and soon return with a little ball made of random bits of pollen.*

"Okay, disclaimer, I have no idea if this'll work because I've never done this before, but if I'm correct, this should rejuvenate you to some degree."

*I toss the makeshift Pollen Puff at Nyquil, and it just sorta falls apart, spreading pollen everywhere. Nothing is accomplished in the way of healing.*

"...Or it could do that. I'm, uh, gonna need some practice before anything really comes of that, sorry."

I reel back a bit.

"Sh-shit, is that pollen? Ah… ahh… ACHOO!"

Nyquil used Smokescreen!

"Ugh… what? … Oh hey, I did it."

I then notice a couple people coughing violently.

"… Nailed it."

"Wha-?!"

Out of nowhere, I fall into a coughing fit when his Smokescreen goes off. "MY EYES, MY THROAT!! EVERYTHING STINGS!!"

Wow! It really works! *cough cough* Really well!

(trying to get out of the smoke)

Can someone tell me which way I'm going now?

[The smoke hits me like a freight train. Specifically my eyes. Dear god, this burns. I start reeling back to cough, stepping away from the smoke cloud as I try to get some fresh air.]

"So," [I say after I regain my breath and composure, facing away for the smoke cloud.] "I, um, I guess that leaves the...Oran Berry..."

(unable to see because of the Smokescreen, I walk straight into Oz's path and he slams straight into me)

OOOF!!!

(I roll head-over-heels across the ground and land right onto Finley)

Wham!

"O-Okay, just eat the Oran berry and-" Before he could finish, he too gets hit. "AAH!!!" He flies onto the floor, not hitting anyone, but he's still in pain.

"OKAY EVERYBODY CHILL!!"

I stop and put my hand on a nearby tree so I don't stumble and fall.

"WOAH— OOGH!"

> Oz rolls straight into Goobert, sending him flying off and into the ground.

"okay... it didn't work... ugh..."

> Guess there are more people having headaches now.

I observe all of this happening from above, silently (and, perhaps, a little judgementally).

"Okay, alright..." Slowly but surely, Finley recovers. "Alright, Niles, just eat the berry." He reaches into his bag once more and pulls it out. "Eat it and everything will be fine."

"I have no idea what's even going on! My eyes, augh!"

*I can hardly see anything, the smoke is stinging my eyes. In an attempt to blow it away, I focus hard and try doing whatever it is that I did earlier. I can't see a damn thing, but I can definitely feel a strong wind blowing by. Soon my eyes begin to clear up, and I can see that the Smokescreen has dissipated.*

"Okay, that's done, thankfully... So yeah, never trust me with a Pollen Puff for now."
