(Nonetheless, I turn my attention back to the field of play to see Yalta and the Zoroark coming to blows again.)

So have I. (I admit as Marlon sits down.)

(My dream from earlier enters my mind. I can't help but wonder if was just my mind (and instincts) playing tricks on me or if it was a vision of my future...having fully accepted becoming a Pokémon and fully settled down in Silversand to start a new life for myself once I learned that I could never return to my original world.)

(I shake the thought from my mind and turn my attention back to the on-going battle. This is intense!)

(Despite feeling slightly uneasy at that proposition, I try to look confident in what I say next.)

I don't think that would happen, Jack. I really don't.

Jack: Well, considering some of the weird things that are in this world, anything is possible, that's all I have to say.

There sure have been some wierd goings-on recently...

(I then say.)

I mean, I dunno, I could probably live with being a Goodra either way...my folks probably wouldn't, though...I'd probably have to start living outside if I were still a Goodra if and when we got back...

(My folks...are they still back home wondering where I am or are they somewhere out here in this world as Pokémon as well? Will I ever see them again?)

Yeah, I have a freaking Mega Stone, that's pretty crazy.

That would be an issue for another time, as far as I'm concerned. My folks would probably freak out at first if they still saw me as this Gallade, but considering what I've been able to do with these bladed arms I think I'd be accepted in this new form.

(I say, slightly hopeful.)

(I then comment on the Mega Stone.)

I still think it's amazing that you managed to find one. Considering that this world doesn't work like the world of the games I wonder if we could all find one at some point.

*Yalta rushes at the Shadow yet again, intending to ram into her with their helmet.*

(I pursue the Voltorb and catch up to them. I catch them with my arms.)

As for what's going on overall, we...still aren't quite sure just yet. (I explain.) All we know is that we, like you, have been transported to this world inhabited only by Pokémon. You're far from the first person to end up here.

We're in a pretty big rut ourselves right now, actually.

My attention to the match is broken again. (The hell's going on…?) Jani, Goobert, and Marlon are talking to a Voltorb. I manage to put two and two together. (Wonderful. Another person in our group for me to neglect.)
