Mila watches the others reconvene with Goobet et al. while still sticking close to Finley. Admittedly, she can't help but feel a bit anxious about getting to the castle proper... or at least she imagines Finley's parents live in a castle, as she realizes now she's never asked to confirm that. Either way, she has no idea how the meeting will go and for that reason she wants to get to it as quickly as possible, since running away from it is most definitely not an option.

"I first said this was because of an Orb and Marlon offered to help me learn telepathy. While I was practicing that, I... asked him and Nori what they thought of Pokemon who ate other Pokemon... They... thought it was... eh... I flipped out, saying I'd done so, they flipped out on me. Finley kinda came to my rescue, I explained it was only with Pokemon who already died and I didn't kill anyone for their meat even if I robbed more than a few graves... and, yeah, explained that I kinda ate Zeb's body after he was killed by someone with VA and... yeah... that's why I was headed for Gleamscape, I got kicked out..."
"...Then I drank a lot of alcohol, tried using a bad pickup line on Grigs, and tried using one on a Pirate admiral who didn't realize I was hitting on him until I was more direct about it and... well, we're friends now, at a minimum..."

(I can't help but be a little disturbed by the fact that Dieter went and ate someone's body after they were killed. ...The rest of us aren't going to wind up doing something like that later, are we?)

(Also after Dieter's story, Delilah, Benji and I don't notice, but behind us, Dinah has fainted.)
(June fails to notice either as she is busy loading the wood carvings back onto Darnell's wagon.)

Dieter does notice the most potentially predatory of the group having fainted and... tries not to think about this.

(June snaps her claw. Suddenly, Delilah gasps in surprise and I feel completely different. Looking at myself, I see that I now look like Darnell...and I even feel like him, too. My joints even feel kind of tight all of a sudden. Dang, June's good.)
Uhh...okay...? What was the point of this, June? (I ask.)

Now for the hard part! (June claps her paws. Zebediet should now look like an especially shaggy looking Skuntank with extra fluff on his face.)
'Kay, that wasn't really that hard. (June chuckles.) Now...I can tell ya that gettin' hit by someone or somethin' can get rid of any Zoroark's illusion, so, say...if I hit ya real hard with...I dunno, Night Shade or somethin', you'd probably go back t' normal.

Yeah! I can copy almost any move! 'Cept a few, that's what the lady at the dojo told me. I copied somethin' an Incineroar knew, and Goobert's Dragon Pulse...anythin' I can copy from you, Eliot? Think I could even copy Transform? Oh, I just can't wait t' be able to show you what I can do later! (Lucy yammers. Much like everyone else, she fails to notice June's antics with Zebediet and I.)
