New chapter.
Here we go. Final battle is on...and Tsukasa has found the radio. 20 seconds to make this work.
So no pressure or anything.
One Strip! One Strip! This is going a lot faster than I expected…
I like the way Tsukasa is portrayed in this chapter. He might be surprisingly naive…
Chapter 75! Mission accomplished. For now. They got a lot of tricks up their sleeves. Gotta love Senku just YOLO-ing his way through the traps.
Agreed.
I gotta give the MVP award to Taiju though. Now that it's not just him and Senkuu, it's like he's 100 times more awesome.
One Strip! One Strip!Huh, labeling all the seconds makes it really blatant that Talking Is a Free Action.
76 is out. …Well that was a short-lived victory. Rather unsurprisingly. Even if they had managed to make gunpowder, I doubt it would have held off Tsukasa for very long.
Ok the writing in this chapter is all over the place. First we are told that Kohaku, Magma and a bunch of others were defeated by the two bad guys off-panel. And then, next time we see them, they look healthy, and are running to defend the cave. It seems the author ignored the plot just to make it look epic.
I think that refered to their previous confrontation… Kohaku has fought Tsukasa early on and they've all fought against Hyouga once.

That just two guys could turn the tides of battle to this extent is ridiculous.
One Strip! One Strip!Well, it makes sense for Tsukasa's physical strength to be as over-the-top as Senku's smarts and memory, but it does look way more absurd.
So yeah, to get back to that, it was indeed a translation mistake. In the raw it's clear he's referring to their previous fight. No one was beaten off panel.

If they do get Gunpowder they win. The issue is that they don't have gunpowder.
"Your luck has always been shit, Senkuu!"
…Sure, if we ignore that he has always found exactly the materials he needed at exactly the right time since the start of the series, his luck is shit.
Also, damn, it's not easy to aim a paper airplane this precisely, let alone an explosive one…
Right there. Senku needed enough urea that hadn't degraded to uric acid, and he expected to find it in the fecal material remaining in the cave, but he didn't.
I have an important scientific question regarding this scenario. Why wouldn't Senku, a proven man of science, drop trou and pee in the beaker?
Edit: Senku needed uric acid to make urea nitrate. Urea nitrate is a fertilizer-based explosive beloved by terrorists for being easy to make. However, water inactivates it, breaking it back down to nitric acid and uric acid. To keep the reaction going in an aqueous environment would take very concentrated reactants.
By the way, nitroglycerin is not TNT (tri-nitro-toluene). TNT is actually more controllable. So we have to settle for Senku setting off dynamite in an area with a few dozen friends and pitfalls filled with spikes.

Finally posted DB Scarlet Mirror: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13689952930A49781400&page=97#2423Tsukasa's true motivations revealed. Incoming heel-face that's pretty beautiful. On the other end of the spectrum Hyobou I can see taking over as the main antagonist if only because he has a suitably creepy design with his mask removed.

Hmm, yeah, Hyuga just raised the real big "I'm the real villain" flag
I'm mixed, honestly…
It's cool that Tsukasa has personal motivations beyond his ideology. But come on, did they have to play the overused "sick little sister" card? I'm also not sure how his two motivations tie together. Getting rid of science would have made sure that his sister was never cured…
Maybe he was The Fatalist?
Guess we should be ready for a lot of One-chans from here on out.
One Strip! One Strip!I think you mean onii-chan. Onee-chan is big sister.
I did in fact mean that. Unfortunately, the curse of auto-correct strikes again.
One Strip! One Strip!Behold the power of imouto.
Domo arigatou, Mistress Imouto.
Speaking of Cells At Work. If David Productions took Dr. Stone for anime. I wont be surprised and there will be some huge memes based on it.
