Nah, pointless rename proposal. Just add a redirect and be done with it.

I think the name should be made gender neutral because even the description says it doesn't have to be a girl with the "or, little brother" part.
I feel the name is misleading and possibly causing male examples of this trope to not be cataloged since there's only one on the entire page (the Sonic SatAM version of Tails)
