I just looked in the trope page and it's not there but it's basically a guy in an american jeep, ford bronco or something 3 door, i'm not sure but it was 3 door and boxy, late 70s to 80s american jeep.
I'm positive it takes place in canada or america, there is either snowstorm or a rainstorm-y weather and he basically re-lives an accident... again and again with minor changes each time, like dropping something and then the 3rd time he does something else, but a loop, time loop...but it always ends with him getting hit by a train after crossing tracks... but continues to change a bit until he manages to STOP and see the train pass. It was from the 2000s i'm sure, and most likely american or canadian.
