Well, the straightforward and boring answer is that their votes get divided evenly among all the rest, which necessarily pushes up the people directly below them from last time. Which were, um... Nino and Micaiah, I think? (Just checked, Loki is above Nino).
That said, I don't expect this alt-exhaustion to have much of an effect on CYL. I'd be surprised if Camilla wasn't in the top two anyway.

New banner is pretty much all Aether Raids skill sets, made to be a pain in the ass on defense teams. Whales while probably buy into it because they've all been about making their defense teams as nasty as possible lately.
