Got Eirika (+HP/-Spd) easily. Then went and got Bike (+Atk/-Def, not sure if better than functionally neutral), Rhajat (+Atk/-Spd, merge fodder?), Green Olwen (+Def/-Res, an improvement), and another Eirika (+Atk/-Def, probably worse?) before giving up on Ephraim and Fae. No idea why Ephraim just hates me so much, but as long as I've got the important one I'm good.

What is my luck?
Oh and of course Sanaki is +Def -Res while Delthea is +Res -Atk.

Dropped 130 orbs and got Fae(+HP -Res) and another M Grima(+Def -Res). Fae being -Res hurts since that's her best stat, not sure if I want to merge this Grima or sack him for VF.
I still want Ephraim and Eirika, but the banner goes for a while and we'll have seen the RD and New Years units before it ends. Still got 230 orbs in case someone I like more shows up.

So I want festive Eirika for that staff.
First circle is 2 reds and 3 blues. Waste free pull on a blue, get a Robin, leave.
Second circle also has no colorless. Get a Bartre.
Man, the worst part of the gacha isn't even the low pull rates, it's the random color arrangements.
Edit: And then on the legacy Christmas banner I want blues or greens, and get a circle of just colorless and red. Of course. I did get an Adrift Camilla though, so at least that's good-ish? Mediocre IV's though.

As discouraging as it is, it's at least a blessing in that it tells you not to waste your time. If it weren't for the colours giving a hint of what lies beneath, we'd be pulling against completely random chance (as opposed to just mostly).

Okay, my luck is actually scaring me rn, I just got an off banner Lewyn.
He's +HP, -Res.
On one hand his stats are ridiculous enough that his peformance isn't really hindered too much by this, but on the other hand it's a decent excuse to sack him to give someone Special Spiral (although I'm not sure who).
Funnily enough, the christmas banner got me an off-banner Owain.
I put him on a team with Smolzura, Ylgr and Ophelia, and called the team Chuunidad.
Ephraim with his attack superboon has more attack bare handed than Mage Rein with Dire Thunder equipped.
