Hmmm, so when they say Mythical Blessings aren't for Arena, they also mean it's not for any other content. Took this setup, minus an Eir, to Ike and Soren and Surtr didn't get any boosts. Not that it was noticeable, though. Surtr was still effectively immortal and soloed everything other than Ike, who got gibbed by Odin.

I bet that will chnage once Mythic H Bs are introduced.

Not sure if anyone noted, but spooky Dorkass and Aversa are now available for Grailing.

Oh, man, someone set up the Wintry map so that I could Smite Surtr onto the lower def tile on the first turn. Gronnblade Cecilia? More like lameblade.

Human cannonball Surtr sounds amazing.

It is. And it's exceptionally dumb with the setup I'm using because Odin gives him +6 all stats after Smiting him wherever. After that, he tends to have a constant 10-point differential because of Surtr's Menace and the three Eirs means any chip damage immediately gets erased.

Surtr by himself was fine, if maybe a bit overtuned. Adding Eir and Mythical Blessings created a monster.

In fact, I'm actually worried enough about someone fielding a similar build on defense that one of my AR teams is 3x Eir, Surtr and Axebreaker Lilina with Death Blow 6 (I'd probably use dancer!Micaiah instead if I actually had her, though).

The back to back Tempest trials is gonna be a good source of orbs. Plus that's two rounds of seals and TT units.

Fortress banner is easy to guess as Lukas/Innes/Kliff since Gunnthra's legendary. Tactic banner is a bit more ambiguous since they could do all 4 or just three, plus there's Siegbert or Legault to choose from.

Don't forget Brave Celica.

Hahaha, yes! They thought they could shut down the Surtr, but they never realized just how much work the Odin Dark could do! Got a formation with Lilina, L!Lucina and Celica, backed up by Y!Azura. Lots of focus fire that would actually be pretty scary for Surtr, since that's three hard-hitting red hits if he were to just try to bait. Turns out the double link and triple Eir buffs are enough for him to one-shot Lucina and one-round both Lilina and Celica while taking fairly minimal damage (losing about half of his 58 HP).

Got Nowi to +10! Yay! She's +Def -Spd right now, which means she can facetank almost anything.

I miiiiiiight switch her over to +Spd -HP if I ever pull one, though, since I've heard rumors of that being the "optimal" build.

• SPD/-HP is usually for "prevent double" builds. The HP bane is offset by refinery and you can beef up her Def with the stat and Steady Breath (if available).

If you run Steady Breath with Aether, you'll want to avoid +Spd, because getting doubled and then Quick Riposting is what allows dragons to go full delete mode with high sustain.

Oh yeah; the 6-CD Aethers. Forgot about those.

A bit of a weird tangent but, am I the only one who finds the Event Calendars a bit of an eyesore and difficult to follow?

Sparkling Boost isn't supposed to work on Eir, right?

As they get crowded with more stuff, I'm finding myself less fond of them, yes. It worked well when there was a simple 2-3 lines, but now it just seems like shit's thrown wherever they feel like.

Yes, it doesn't work on the Eir who has the ability. If you have multiple Eirs, however, they will heal each other.

Whitewings banner free summon gave me a 5-star Catria and today's summon ticket gave me Eir.

The Eir summon circle was 4 blues and 1 colorless, oddly enough.

I only have a single Eir and she seemed to heal herself.

Weird, that shouldn't be the case. At least I've never had my Eir's self-heal with the C. Magic Boost is enough to override her weapon's self-damage effect, though.
