Those are both good, especially the Lord of Contagion...looks properly grimy and crusty, which is something GW tends to miss in their DG paint jobs.
I'm slowly but surely working my way through a sniper scout squad using Contrast paints with just a bit of highlighting with the normal paints.

Thanks, the Death Guard are my current focus army. I would agree that the current army painters make them a little too clean. I look forward to seeing your scouts.
Here is the latest instalment of my project to paint as many different Astartes Chapters as possible, a Brazen Claws Tactical Marine. I think he turned out relatively nicely, even if I did get a bit confused with the helmet.
I haven't been able to do as much painting as I would like recently due to health issues so here are some Immortals I painted a while ago. They were the first models I painted in my updates Necron scheme from scratch rather than a repaint.

After a month of work (due to two trips to hospital) I finally finished my first full Plague Marine squad. I do like how they turned out.
My latest finished model is this Blood Angels Captain who I intend to use to represent Tycho in a 2nd Armageddon War themed army. He is loosely based on this classic model◊ but I just couldn't get the pose right.
Here is the latest instalment in my project to paint the official Astartes Chapters. This time it is the Silver Eagles.
The latest addition to my Death Guard is this Noxious Blightbringer. He came out as well as I had hoped.
Tantalus of the Retrograde Tigers Kabal
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Nice. Simple but effective.
That's awesome.
Very nice.
Here is a Red Corsair Sorcerer I painted recently. Despite the poor pic I like how he turned out, with the exception of the base.
Niiiice.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Very interesting, is that a kitbash?
Thanks. It is a 1st/2nd Edition metal model I have had in my collection for years actually. I think it was also one of the ones that were available for Made to Order a few weeks ago.
Ah, okay, cool.
Here is something I tried recently, a Guardsman of the 11th Antari Rifles from the Severina Raine stories. I pieced together the theme from what I remember from the book Honourbound (blue/grey and forest green with splinter camo) and I think it turned out reasonably well.

This week I finished my Dark Imperium Foetid Bloat-Drone for my Death Guard army. I think it turned out reasonably well but I do keep breaking off the spikes at the top and having to reattach them, which is a pain
This week I finished my limited edition Wolf Priest from Games Day 2003. It is a great model and I think it would be interesting to see the character it represents (a mysterious Wolf Priest leading strike forces of the original 3rd Edition version of the Wulfen).
The latest Tactical Marine in my project to paint all the Space Marine Chapters is from the Black Guard, a Raven Guard Successor. I often struggle with white but it turned out reasonably nicely here. The freehand Chapter symbol could do with some work however.
As it is Orc(k)tober, here is my Bad Moon Warboss, Morkdreg Tin-Crusha, who I finished recently.
After missing last week due to being in hospital, here is another orctober pic, this time the Uruk-hai Scout Captain Lurtz from the Middle-Earth Fantasy Battle Game.
Here is the Magos & Familiar from the Deathwatch: Overkill set who I have finally got around to painting.
