I think it's been pointed out that there's a good 80% chance that we're getting dank Jojo references in LB 7 because Aztec stone mask and Pillar Men
Edited by Nouct on Jan 18th 2022 at 4:33:22 AM
The joke is that LB 7 territory is just marked as "Crystal Valley" and it being in South America doesn't actually matter in terms of Servants. It is just a MΓͺlΓ©e Γ Trois of all of the FGO characters feat. ORT.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! The position of he LB 7 puts it around the amazon river, so expect El Dorado.
Also probably Cortez.

You know what's ironic? Inca mythology does have a story about literal Pillar Men.
During a pivotal between the Cuzqueans and their hated enemies the Chancas, the stones around Cuzco became soldiers to help the Quechua obliterate their Chanca enemies.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.oh yeah Salome is the one guaranteed Servant since all the other anniversary bronzes have shown up in main story already
Expect crystal skull jokes I guess

I wonder if they'll give her somewhat of dark ending because well....
South American mythos can be rather brutal.
Never expect the guaranteed to be guaranteed in this franchise. Goddamn sane Herk would surely get in after 6 years, surely...
Secret SignatureI mean, considering LB 6 happened and it took a more classical take on the Fairies, we'll see.
Pretty much.

Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.Besides, they have to reveal who is that person Quetz hates so much she wants to boil them alive in the datamine from so many years ago.
Honestly, if they reveal Cortez, I do wish they also bring up that the Aztec Empire was hated by its neighbours for its aggressive actions against them, which is why they joined with the Spanish to bring it down.
Instead of focusing on relatives that divide us, we should find the absolutes that tie us.I wonder if the big mech shadow will be LB 7 related or something else entirely.
Secret SignatureNatives allying themselves with Colonizers to get rid of enemy tribes was somewhat common, so it would be interesting if they did delve into the bad shit the empire did.
This is also implying they were a magical Metropolis akin to Babylonia.
Isn't that ORT?

inb4 that is Lu Bu (True Mecha) or Shingen.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru! It's a theory but nothing certain.
Secret SignatureI just want Dinopeople.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. Can't wait for Pretender Cortes and Foreigner Pizarro.
Why a Foreigner? Despoilers of the Golden Empire.

"If brevity is the soul of wit, then I simply have no soul." He/HimYeah I think Cortez is probably gonna be our most sensible Pretender around.
Which means he's gonna be Rider or something.

Secret SignatureInb 4 Murabito becomes the Conquistador artist.
@ Raziel
Is there anything from Peruvian mythology that you'd like to see in Lostbelt 7? Surely you're more familiar with it than me or my brother, who are merely of Peruvian descent and have very little knowledge of Peruvian myths.
Murabito is a fucking phenomenal artist and it's criminal that they haven't been brought to design another servant yet.

I get the feeling that a certain two star rider will be referenced if that story does get any nods.

It would be hilarious if Bolivar appears (even if he's genderbent but i wouldn't care that much).
I like the idea of a Foreigner Pizarro referencing classic Sci-Fi stories (particularly Star Trek and Star Wars) before reverting to his Conquistador attire in his later ascensions.
I had a whole idea planned out for how he and Cortes could feature in Lostbelt 7, including an entire dynamic. I think that I would prefer the two of them to Don Pedro in all honesty.

Well, you can't go wrong with a hypothetical Rider Tupac Yupanqui, who is said to have managed to reach Polynesia with a fleet (and apparently did so due to linguistic legacy left there), there's also the Chullachaki who is pretty much a trickster guardian of the rainforest who can also be a servant. You also have Llampayec, who was a god of the seas who created the kingdom of Lambayeque culture.
But honestly, as a Peruvian, the one servant I wish could be added would be Caster Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, renowned as the first cultural mestizo of Latin America and who wrote the Royal Commentaries of the Inca. Both because of his roots to the Tawantinsuyu, which can lend itself to a lot of mythical stuff- and because of his Hispanic side which contributes to his legend since he reached the rank of Captain in the Spanish military.

Nasu: And so Quetzalcoatl--she's the god of the Aztecs by the way--comes down to save her fellow South Americans. Also, everything is Brazil now. That's the only country outside of Mexico in South America, right?
