Qin Shi Huang powerlevel speculation, mainly sharing for his tier list of top Servants because his selection amuses me.
Fou doesn't show up for either half of Beast III and goes AWOL for both events XX declares to be threats to Earth.
His point was about Fou detecting danger but now that I think about it, given the nice orderly queue the Beasts have followed so far for their awakening (Goetia causing Singularities -> Tiamat in Babylonia -> Kiara shenanigans -> Kama/Mara and the Ooku) have followed and the fact that Fou did show up for the first two, hmm.

I don't get why Arthur isn't up there really. Unless Artoria is just a stand-in for her and all her counterparts.
The answer is Avalon, which I strongly disagree because that's not something she normally has. Also Excalibur, which can only go full power against threats to the world, so I would put her on S+ instead of SS+.
I would also drop Gil to SS, while climbing the Grands, BB and Quetz to SS+
I wonder how Avalon would work in FGO. Either a Invisibility or Heal. Maybe Guts.

that tier list is very... off.
for one, Arash isn't that strong. He even says as much himself. It's just Stella that's absolutely busted... but it also kills him in the process.
I have no idea what Mothman does so I'll let him slide.
I kinda buy Artoria, if only because the lore keeps giving us little hints and tidbits that she's actually super uber strong. Like the implication that she was the one that solo'd the giant in the Extella timeline, or something.
I don't think Nobu is even "S" tier. Her NP is strong against those with rider skills and she's strong against divinity but... that's really it? She doesn't do anything stand out.
I don't get Romulus at all. Why on earth is he up there?
Also where the fuck is Quetz? We know she's stupid strong.
I don't think berserker heracles is that strong either? Like, yeah he's stupidly scary and strong but I wouldn't put him at the same scale as King Hassan at all.

The guy can launch things with the speed of a ballistic missile and ride it. He's very much stronger than his humbleness suggests. But I do think the limits on him mean he isn't that ridiculous
Sonce Stellas whole thing is that he's just so strong even his tough body can'f handle it so he dies from it.

Looking at that list, I can see the arguments even if some rankings look janker than usual (I would not put many Servans on the same level as Grand Servants).
That said... I have no idea why Iskander is on that list.

You mean besides summoning an army of minor Servants?
BTW, Romulus is supposed to be the strongest Roman Servant, being its mythological founder, so him being very high on that list makes sense.
We all know how being associated with a mighty empire can make you busted, just ask Ozymandias.
One more thing: Artoria's timeline survives Velber in Extella because she stops the war early and has plenty of allies to stop the ship. It is Karna that defeats it single-handedly.
I wouldn't say Karna matches Gil in Worfness: the latter is almost always at full-strength before being one-shotted anyway, Karna is almost always gimped in some manner, and the times he's allowed to go full throtle are quite the events:
Edit: Okay, Berserker!Herk doesn't deserve to be that high on the list, it is his weakest class. And Artoria should not be higher than Ozy: his temple can tank Excalibur and his own Wave Motion Beam can surpass it.
And Enkidu should be equal with Gil: they can match the latter blow for blow and their version of Enuma Elish is just as busted as his.

Yeah, remember that Karna's basically gimped by virtue of his legend. Lancer is basically the only class he's in that isn't literally cursed to near-uselessness, right?

I think that's understating how helpless divine enemies are with her Hajun. I don't think she is actually a top tier, but she is very much a hard counter to top tiers. She's pretty much one of the best anti-meta Servants in the non-existing Fate/ metagame.
He has the best Imperial Priviledge we know of and his tree NP is supposedly really strong, I guess. He's very hyped up as the founder of Rome but we really haven't seen him do anything.
We didn't get much of an explanation on they do, other than "controls mercury to attack" and "can use something similar to a Command Spell on the entire world". But Holmes calls them Grand Servant level, so that's that.
Pretty much.
And while Arjuna and Karna are fated enemies, that doesn't mean they are equal in strength: the America chapter (and, I think, even the poem) makes it clear that Arjuna, for all he is just as busted, just can't beat Karna is a fair fight.
I think Holmes just compared him to the Lostbelt kings, one of which has the power to equal a Divine Spirit, and the other is a Divine Spirit.
So we can safely guess that Most Fabulous Mothman is at least in the same league as Quetz and Ishtar.

Okay, I have bit of a weird WMG with Riyo Saber in regards to possible Marjatta angle.
So Marjatta's son was made the King of Finland/Karelia. And what is Finland's coat of arms? A lion with a crown holding a sword. Instant Saber (the lion is even trampling on an actual saber). Also the coat of Karelia is two arms holding a sword and a saber.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!
