Actually, the amount of "Lostbelt Servants" released is pretty insignificant, it pretty much just amounts to the Kings.
And techcnically Xiang Yu, if you consider that he has the memories of his mainline counterpart but the body of his Lostbelt version.
Presumably because the Throne recognized that his Lostbelt self is far stronger but its memories would cause a conflict of interest.

Basically, an idiot was scammed when he was selling his FGO account. Upset by this, he went to Twitter to drum up support without mentioning being scammed, claiming that his account was hacked and even contacted Aniplex to help him get his account back.
Knowing how they work, they won’t even lift a finger to help him.

Well apparently it did, so thematic indeed. :D
The first six bullets will hit whatever the shooter chooses. The devil (or demon or whatever) gets to choose the seventh target and it'll usually be someone the shooter loves.
