Well, it seems that Altera decided to give Quetz the Christmas Grail because she was close at hand. Unfortunately, her spirit origin rejected it so hard she split in two, lost most of her power, and class-changed to Ruler. The battle-loving part of Quetz seems to have taken the Grail and flown off.
Surely this will cause no problems.

Datamines are out for Bradamante and Samba Quetz
Quetz appears to be one of the top-tier welfares and Bradamante's NP gain is the lowest of all Quick AOE NP Lancers, so Parvati's probably still best for the double Skadi strat.

Also, let me see if I got it right: first skill is Charisma with passive star generation, second is Star Gather buff with 30 stars as a bonus, and the third is a 3-turn Buster buff with another Star Gather buff.

Ao G lasted different times in different places. Persia's last Ao G king was the guy Arash worked for, England lasted through Artoria's and had traces until Richard, Japan was going strong until at least the 11th century. Gilgamesh didn't start the decline, he basically just stopped the last attempt to keep it going. Solomon's death was pretty much the end.
