Yeah, I think it's just Melty and her title is Priestess. All the English material just calls her Melty. I heard about that last name nonsense from Reddit, so they're probably wrong.
Edit: Okay, it might actually be her last name. That black dot is between both parts. I don't know what that's called, but I know it means that's for Western style names.

Its true. Very rarely have I seen a studio and the staff behind it consistently increase the run time per episode by cutting an ED or OP more then just the first or last episode just to get more details across even if its not as marketable without one or the other.
