Which trope should humans who visit low-gravity planets be on? They're heavyworlder according to the rest of the planet, but currently that part of the description is on lightworlder.
That's why I argued in favour of Gravity Based Build; these two tropes exist more as a spectrum than a binary comparison.

Since the John Carter series takes place mostly on Mars, I'd put examples on both; Mars is the planet of Lightworlders and John/humans are Heavyworlders on that planet.

Need to go do other stuff. Other than what I mentioned, I checked everything up to Space Marine from the bottom of the list.

[up][up] Except the Martians are treated as if their strength was normal in that series, and John Carter is the amazing superhero. So, really, Heavyworlder is the trope in play.

The only ones I've found that actually seem to use both tropes are space operas with lots of aliens. Although it's certainly possible for a work to have humans treated as heavyworlders when they visit a planet, and have the inhabitants of that planet treated as lightworlders when they leave. I just haven't seen any examples which actually do that (yet).

Did some tweaking of the descriptions in the sandboxes (Sandbox.Heavyworlder and Sandbox.Lightworlder for those who don't want to jump to the previous page).

I need to take off for a while, but I should be back later. If no one objects by then, I'll probably just swap in the sandboxes, since the main pages can still be edited. Until then, feel free to tweak the sandboxes on your own if you feel motivated.

I think they look good now. Just tied two paragraphs together, since they're about the same or very similar idea (strength and build are closely related). Didn't like how it looked so fractured either, with many small paragraphs.

Of all I checked, almost no page had examples of both. Heavyworlder is by far more common (which makes sense, since it's a more accessible/understandable power source, whether it would actually work like that or not).

Since you seem to know about the series mentioned above more than I do, I'll leave editing that to you if you haven't already.

Yup, looks good. I've gone ahead and installed the sandboxes. I think we may be done here. (Wouldn't mind finding a wimp/weakling index if we have one, but that's not critical.)

eta: yeah, I think there were only two or three that used both. Although I can probably find more in my book collection if I dig. :)

Since we're done here, I'll go ahead and close this.
